A strong, dark red German style lager. Brewed with a large % of Munich Malt. This beer has a rich & malty flavor & body.

A famous brewer once said, “The true test of a Bock is that a drinker should not know the beer’s strength until he stands up.” This tasty Bock passes the test, drinker beware. Roasted malts create a reddish black color and flavorful hints of fig and raisin. A long lagering (cold storage) process provides a velvety smooth finish. A holiday favorite.

Doppel Shot Doublebock is a strong lager, brewed to showcase the inclusion of 100% freshly roasted Yellow Caturra coffee beans grown locally on the Ka’anapali Estate. The malt character is light with a slight sweetness to compliment the bitter, yet smooth character of the coffee.

Dopplebock is a stronger version of the traditional bockbier. Originally brewed in Munich by the Paulaner monks, it served as "liquid bread" during times of fasting. A true winter lager, our Dopplebock is dark and full-bodied. With its high alcohol content, you want to be careful how quickly you imbibe. The flavor is very malty with a hint of chocolate and roasted grain.

This dark amber lager beer has a rich, toasted malt character balanced with a slight amount of toffee in the finish. Hop bitterness is rounded off with alcohol warmth. Approximately 8.7% by volume.

Doppelbock literally means double bock bier. Standing at 7.5% ABV, this full-bodied lager was designed for the colder days and a cozy fireplace. This beer required three batches of grain to achieve its hardy and complex flavors. Doppelbock is available in cans with blue tabs.

A complex malt build and higher alcohol content combine to create a near religious experience. German Noble Hops do little to tame the strong full body developed by monks as a “liquid bread” to cleanse the soul during periods of fasting. Lagered for 12 weeks to provide a clean rich finish. Good things come to those that wait.

Neither Pale Ale nor American wheat, Doppelganger emulates our favorite characteristics of both styles. Dry and slightly bitter with a distinct hoppy nose. A light body gives way to a refreshing wheat finish. We recirculated the bright, cold beer through dry hops before kegging, which imparted a much earthier, floral hop character.

This delightfully balanced IPA—incredibly balanced and brewed to palette-pleasing perfection at 75 IBU's and 7.5% ABV—is a masterful blend of rich, flavorful malts and strong, aromatic hops.
