Is a nice hoppy amber ale with a dark honey color. The aroma includes nuts and honey, with a pear sweetness. Then you get some toast and honey, followed by steadily increasing hop flavors.

Our Wit beer is a delightful thirst-quenching rendition of the classic Belgian wheat ale brewed with orange peel, coriander, and a carefully sourced third spice. The aroma and flavors are a balance of bright fruits, spice, and wheat. It has a soft traditional haze and a light to medium body. A refreshing and flavorful ale.

Still brewed today from selected dark malt applying the traditional triple mashing process, our Aiblinger Schwarzbier distinguishes itself from other dark beers on account of its typical flavoursome malt aroma and smoothly rounded taste. Well-balanced aromatic bitters from the Hallertau hop-growing Region impart a full-bodied taste to Aiblinger Schwarzbier without appearing sweet. Formerly, this pedigree dark ale was a rarity and could only be had from Bavaria’s best breweries. This explains why Aiblinger Schwarzbier has succeeded in qualifying for the highest DLG Gold Award for years on end.

Airdale Afterburner, is a beautifully balanced amber ale. Combining a rich, malty aroma and flavor with the subtle, lingering character of perle and amarillo hops, Afterburner delivers a winning combination of sweet and bitter. This beer is a rich ruby red color with a creamy head. Notes of caramel and toffee invade the palate while finishing with a smooth bitterness. At 5.3% alcohol, Afterburner is a supremely drinkable beer while maintaining a full-flavored approach. Amber Ales tend to be more approachable than their pale ale cousins.

Airdale Dark & Stormy, is an American Imperial Stout. This beer starts with a pleasant aroma of coffee and cocoa. A gourmet flavor of bittersweet chocolate surrounds the tastebuds and melds with the full-bodied beer to make this sensation last and last. Not too dry, not too sweet, Dark & Stormy blends the two into a wonderful semi-sweet taste. The high alcohol imparts a comfortable warming feel, but is perfectly balanced with the flavors and aromas. A nice coffee bitterness lingers on the finish, enticing you to take another sip.

Try our Ajax Pilsner. This beer is a crisp and thirst quenching lager, a beer that’s a bit lower on the alcohol scale than our other offerings, allowing that après ski party to last well into the night. Saaz and Sterling hops are what Head Brewer PJ Goudreault generously doses our Ajax Pilsner with, allowed to mellow with age, these hops provide the definition of a ‘bouquet’ for a beer. Ajax Pilsner does not have the bitterness that can be found in the Independence Pass Ale, or even the Conundrum Red ESB, but instead has just the right amount of delicious floral character. Ajax, like that cartoon guy? Nah, Ajax is Aspen’s local name for Aspen Mountain. Visible from the brewery—come on, lets be honest—visible from everywhere in Aspen, Aspen Mountain dominates the southern sky. Offering amazing skiing both for the tree- and groomer-lovers alike, Ajax has everything… but beginner runs (no green circles on Ajax!). So, keep Aspen local, impress the locals, and order an Ajax Pilsner after shredding the gnar pow pow of Ajax Mountain.

Oatmeal Stout. The origins of Oatmeal Stout go back hundreds of years when oats were added to Stouts to promote a healthier image than other beers available during that time period. The unique blend of the oats and malts in Alaskan Stout produce a balanced, smooth beer with hints of coffee and caramel. Alaskan Stout is made from glacier-fed water and a generous belnd of European and Pacific Northwest hop varieties and premium two-row and specialty malts. Our water originates in the 1,500 square-mile Juneau Ice Field and the from the more than 90 inches of rainfall Juneau receives each year.

DRAFT ONLY Black as its namesake, with a creamy tan head, our Oatmeal Stout is velvety smooth with low carbonation. Six different malts, hops from the U.K. and (of course) oatmeal contribute to this ale's complex character. Join us in our Taproom and try a fresh Alberta Crude Oatmeal Stout.

Okay, here is my version of a Pale Ale that has a few hops in it like Columbus, Cascade, Summit & Centennial. Probably the best pale that has ever been made in the history of mankind.

Ale no. 16 is brewed on an original English yeast. It was brewed for the first time in 1995. In 1997 and 2000 it was named Denmark's best beer. In 2000, it got a third place in the world. Taste: vinous and sweet.

Three strains of Goldings hops are used in the brewing process, giving a pleasant bitter/sweet flavour, with a prominent hop aroma.

Our spicy Belgian Blonde is a wit-esque, summer wheat spiced with coriander and orange peel. It has a subtle, Earthy character.

We have blended eight different types of barley to create this amber ale. It appeals to the largest segment of craft beer drinkers who enjoy a smooth, malty ale with no hop bitterness.

A pitch black with a thick beige head, notes of caramel, chocolate, vanilla and mild hops. Smooth feel with the lactose balancing the malty notes and earthy chocolate flavor.
