Ecstatic Labor is an American India Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner, Pale, and Caramel Malts. New German hop varieties Hull Melon, Mandarina Bavaria, along with Motueka from New Zealand help to create a beautifully unique hop palate that include flavors and aromas of strawberry, lime, and passionfruit.

This American Style Amber/Red Ale is a dark amber color with a pleasing, moderately hoppy, citrusy aroma. Roasty flavor up front with subtle nutty or even caramel tones to finish.

Brewed with a new German Aroma-Hop Saphir, is golden in color, has a medium body and low bitterness levels. The beer has wonderful taste and fantastic aroma.

Our little village brewery in New Glarus, Wisconsin is proud to offer to you Edel-Pils. This "Noble-Pilsner" is the creation of our brewmaster. He brought special yeast from Bavaria, combined it with Wisconsin barley and the finest Bavarian and American hops. Then employing traditional brewing methods, this Pilsner is finished with a long cold rest in our cellars. Expect this bier to be creamy and full-bodied with a smooth finish. It will complement any fine meal or friendly gathering. We took our time in brewing so that you might take your time enjoying.

Since our Double IPA is so huge, we decided to tone the recipe down a little and make a completely new IPA. Brewed to only 8% ABV and 122 IBU's, this hoppy ale is delicately balanced with caramel subleties, more hops, and then more hops!

A light bodied, deep amber English Ale. This beer has a very light hop bitterness, a slight hop aroma and a full-balanced flavor that finishes with a slight toast.

A scrumptious beer that will beguile even the most tentative of micro drinkers. Flaked red wheat, flaked oats, and pilsen malt combine to create its traditional white gold color. Coriander and orange peel give it a little Belgian wang and an extremely refreshing palate.

Edward (1917-2002) is our grandfather; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his five children. In his honor, this American Pale Ale is dutifully crafted from American malted barley, a plethora of American hops, our ale yeast and water from Edward’s well. It is unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and dry hopped. Aromatic and flowery, with impressions of citrus and pine, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Edward.

Edward’s Brown is a malty brown ale with a surprising hop presence. Edward’s Brown is named after our beloved English Springer Spaniel, Edward.
