Two row and crystal malts make for a nice malty backbone to support the big IBU and aroma of our IPA. We use a combination of centennial, cascade, and simcoe hops in three separate boil additions to give bitterness, then dry hop with the same three hops to drive the intensity of the floral, piney, citrus, and currant aromas as high as possible.

Nice UK hop flavor that is balanced with a nice malt backbone.

This rustic belgian Saison was brewed to showcase our gorgeously expressive Farmhouse yeast strain imported from the Hainaut province in Belgium. When fermented at elevated temperatures pushing 90 degrees F, we are able to pull out complex flavors and aromas of lemon, pepper, clove, and tart citrus. We crafted this special beer by adding 16 pounds of organic dried Hibiscus Flowers in the mash tun with Belgian Pilsner malt and German Pale Wheat malt of the absolute highest quality. The addition of this flower, also known as the “Rose Mallow”, lends a pleasant tartness, floral aromas, and smooth quality to Efflorescence that compliment the profile of our special yeast strain. Efflorescence is an extraordinary example of a classic farmhouse ale that has become a standard in the Funk Brewing repertoire due to its delicate complexity, session-ability, and wide appeal to both the novice drinker and the experienced farmhouse connoisseur.

Belgian Inspired Ancho-Rauch. Hints of rich dark chocolate erupt from Heidelberg Beechwood-smoked malt. Ancho chiles lend a subtle sweetness and smokiness to turn up the complexity on this one.

A golden sour aged in oak barrels dry hopped with 5lbs. of Amarillo hops per barrel.

The light beer country: nice and light and fresh taste. A specialty beer - brewed according to old recipes.

The dark double bock beer for the cold season. Closed-cell foam, intense, powerful flavor and a voluminous nose. Very creamy and strong on the palate. Long lasting, spicy finish with a saturating effect.
