Our G String Blonde is named after the G String on the guitar. What were you thinking it was named after? It is a Blonde style beer that has a fantastic hop aroma and flavor without a lot of bitterness and is a great warm day thirst quencher and also a great all around session beer. It's a little bit of an IPA wannabe and has some characteristics of a pale ale while retaining that nice straw color of a blonde. It is about 5% ABV which allows you to have more than just a couple on a hot day.

G-Mac’s Celtic Style Pale Ale is a crisp ale with a citrusy bite and just a hint of sweetness for that perfect balance of flavors. At 5.0 percent alcohol by volume and 30 IBUs, G-Mac’s is drinkable, yet satisfying. And its floral hop flavor provides a snappy finish that’s perfect on the course or in the clubhouse.

Our Brewers have taken our Galactic IPA to another galaxy far far away. This New England style double IPA uses Vermont IPA yeast, with flaked oats, maris otter and crystal malt. Hopped with galaxy, rakau and citra hops. A nicely layered hop bite upfront with a slightly creamy mouthful from the oats. Citrusy and floral.

Brewed with 6 malts and 6 hops (ample rye malt, and liberal amounts of earthy, resinous hops), this rye pale ale pours golden, finishes slightly spicy and dry, and urges another pint to be poured. First brewed by the ABC India brew team in honor of our partner Gaurav Sikka. We brought the recipe to Ann Arbor in honor of Gaurav’s visit to the (ABC) homeland!

Australian hop producers bred a strain that fires out passionfruit and citrus so brewers can stroke brains into island driven sensory showdowns. This Double Daisy Cutter variant is brewed once a year and is well suited for outside dining, wasting time and making fun of your closest friends.
