Honey pale ale.

This is one of our rare lagers brewed in the style of the German Heiliges Geist Bock, or Holy Ghost Bock. The name refers to the lighter nature of the beer as opposed to the darker and heavier Doppel Bock and Mai Bock also brewed during the spring in Germany. There is a rich malt flavor, a firm German style lager head, and a clean lagered finish to this beer. Available on draft or in 12 oz. bottles.

The Gelande (ga-lun-day) Amber Lager is brewed with the finest specialty malts, noble hops and a cold fermenting yeast to produce a malty beer that finishes dry on the palate. A delicious winter seasonal beer! Derived from the Germanic word “Gelandesprung” meaning “terrain-jump,” this sport was established in the United States by Utah ski pioneers. Alf Engen, ski enthusiast extraordinaire, orchestrated the first Gelandesprung contest in 1964 at Alta, Utah. It varies a little from today’s Nordic jumping in that ski jumpers use standard alpine gear with fixed heels and go into a pike position. Gelande Amber Lager is as unique as its namesake sport. TASTING NOTES: Honey and caramel undercurrents. Vanilla accents. Malty with light and hoppy notes. Finishes dry. Gelande would pair well with earthy mushroom bisque, grilled lamb or pork, and even mussels and clams.

Brewed with a bunch of clover honey two-row barley malt and very lightly hopped this is our lightest colored and lightest alcohol containing beer. It is named after the owners� daughter, who is a little honey blonde. She begged to have a beer named after her since her sister, Amber, had one for so many years.

Lieutenant General Leslie Richard Groves, Jr. was a United States Army Corps of Engineers officer who oversaw the construction of the Pentagon and directed the Manhattan Project that developed the atomic bomb during World War II. He was involved in most aspects of the atomic bomb development. He participated in the selection of sites for research and production at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Los Alamos, New Mexico and Hanford, Washington. Groves had a reputation as a strong and bitter leader, so we found it appropriate to name our IPA after this great man. General Groves is a big American IPA; bold, assertive, and full of flavor highlighting the complex citrus and herbal character of our Northwest hops. The brewer of this IPA takes hops pretty seriously, which is why he added more hops to this IPA than any other IPAs we have produced. He spent a lot of time tinkering, tasting, and tweaking this recipe to get the biggest and best hop flavors and aromas into this beer. His diligence has paid off. His obsession with huge hop flavor led to this beautiful hoppy beverage.

Deep toffee color with rich roasty and subtle hop aroma. Chocolate flavors dominate the palate and interact with back-end sweetness.

Characterized by a medium body and a dry, well-balancedfinish, this deep brown porter brewed with Dutch cocoa and pure raspberry concentrate evokes chocolate, caramel and fresh raspberries. A "specialty" seasonal brew produced only once a year, Genesee Bock Ber is brewed in the old German tradition with only the purest ingredients. Introduced in January of each year, Genesee Bock is only available as limited supplies last. This rich and hearty beverage is brewed in celebration of centuries old tradition and the arrival of spring. Genesee Bock Beer was first introduced in 1878.

Speciation's house Brett Saison. Fermented with wild and cultured microbes, and yeast from the previous batch to allow for development from batch to batch. Also open fermented for more expressive yeast flavors and for the introduction of additional local microflora. Dry hopped with Azzaca & EKG at over 2 lbs/bbl.

Aged for 10 months in Jack Daniel whiskey barrels, our George Hunter Stout is given a nice bourbon, oak and vanilla flavor. This specialty beer is sold only in 750ml growlers.
