A bitter Amber Ale—You’re Not Worthy!

A hybrid English Brown and American brown ale. A firm malty base with high alpha bittering hops. Slight butterscotch undertones with a dry finish.

This English style beer is a complex blend of dark roasted and speciality malts. These Malts combined with unmalted flaked barley give this beer a fine roast flavor and smooth texture.

Gate 37 is our take on the Belgian Grisette style. Brewed with raw Buckwheat and Malted Red Winter Wheat from our friends at Valley Malt. It is straw yellow, with a nice round mouthfeel but finishes bright and dry. The nose is slightly spicy, with earthy and lemon notes.

You get into the sold-out show without a ticket. You don’t have to shout for people to listen. Our IPA may be late to the party, but it will be closing the place down. You’ll remember Gatecrasher for its flavor, not bitterness.

Same beer – different yeast. Our half of the Ghostbusters Collaboration with Seventh Son Brewing in honor of Columbus Beer Week we celebrate the differences that yeast can impart. Brewed in the SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) style we combined Ashbourne Mild grain with Willamette hops and a yeast from the Private Collection of Wyeast Labs to create this balanced, easy drinking ale. Our yeast plays up the honey, malty notes and balances perfectly with the muted grace of the Willamette hops. A mild layer of ale esters sits on top to create a classic, European ale.

Brewed as an homage the Trappist tradition, our Dubbel is a rich, malty beer with mild hoppyness and fruity yeast aromas. It has a caramel finish and comfortable sweetness from the dark candy sugars in the brew. It’s no surprise that a lot of people discover craft beers through Belgian dubbel ales. The gate is open, come on in. Pairs well with cheeses and chocolate desserts.

A classic copper colored, medium bodied, well balanced India Pale Ale.

American IPA brewed and dry hopped with heaps of Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe hops. Juicy, hoppy justice.

English style IPA brewed with 100% Fuggle hops.

English Pale Ale style beer. Similar to the bitter just a larger amount of the same malted barley is used. The hops we use in this beer are imported from England and added in generous amounts throughout the boil to create a complex hop profile. This slightly sweet beer finishes with a very refreshing hop presence.

We figured if Boston can have one, so should we. This beer is influenced by both the Boston Lager and the Noble Pils. It is light amber to golden in color, with a fresh-almost spicy hop aroma, a crisp balanced flavor and a clean finish.
