As we reach beyond traditional combinations of water, malted grain, hops, and yeast, we are unapologetically proud to say that we brew extraordinary small batch beers meant to be thoughtfully enjoyed. Simply put, Ten Ninety is Craft Beer Elevated. In Spring 2013, Ten Ninety Brewing Co. entered the craft beer market with our interpretation of the classic Witbier style, but elevated to "Imperial" heights. Our Half Wit still explores the limits of the style and is brewed with pilsner malt, flaked wheat and barley, accented by coriander, orange peel, and local honey.

Introducing our newest canned beer, the first in Kentucky to be available in 12-packs, the Half-Bite IPA!half-bitelogo-01 “Designed to be the younger brother of the West Sixth IPA, the Half-Bite IPA uses the same varieties and quantity of hops as our regular IPA, but contains only half the alcohol – so it’s perfect for summer days and outdoor adventures when you want to have a few”, said one of our co-founders Brady Barlow. Reflecting on the nature of the beer, it only seemed appropriate the Half-Bite IPA will be canned and sold in 12-pack boxes. We’re really excited to be the first brewery in Kentucky to do this. It’s aggressively hopped with Centennial, Citra and Columbus hops and packs a great bite, earthy bitterness and citrus notes but clocks in at only 3.5% ABV.

Get your wheaties! Our American style Hefeweizen is refreshingly crisp, cloudy and slightly sour. Made with over 50% wheat, brewed in the America style and served with a slice of lemon – this lightly hopped beer is very enjoyable and easy to drink. Enjoy the thirst quenching quality of our lightest beer.

Auburn/chestnut colour. H2H is well balanced between crisp biscuity maltiness and a citrus and fruit hop character with a hint of bitterness in the finish Silver Medal, SIBA S.E. Region Beer Competition 2009

Halia is a farmhouse ale aged in wine barrels with whole peaches, resulting in bright, effervescent citrus notes in a soft, hazy body that finishes slightly tart and sweet with the pleasant character of ripe, juicy peaches. Literally meaning “remembrance of a loved one” in Hawaiian, Halia was brewed in memory of the dear friend of one of our brewers who loved peaches.

The first beer in our Delta Series! Inspired by the flavors of traditional German lagers and meshed with the brightness of American Pale Ales, Haller-Tang is brewed with European sourced ingredients. Pilsner and Munich malt provide a solid, well rounded foundation. Noble Hops are used in the kettle, giving a floral, slightly peppery hop flavor. A newer variety, Huell Melon, is used in the dry hop to give this beer a bright fruit forward nose reminiscent of our beloved pale ales.

A celebration German beer tradition, crafted from Pilsner, Munich, and Crystal malt with abundant Tettnanger and Hallertau Hersbruker hops.

An English Old Ale aged in well used bourbon barrels for 5 months. Collaboration brew with Three Notch'd Brewing. Each brewery aged the beer separately in barrels at their own facility though and each half came out distinctly different.
