This bone-dry rendition of an American IPA, employs hops from the Pacific Northwest that yield notes of peach, orange, and grapefruit.

An American-style pale ale brewed with 30% wheat malt and a blend of Warrior, Glacier, and Cascade hops. Light in color, smooth on the palate with citrus and tropical hop notes.

Sometimes it's good to keep it simple. Harborfields HefeWeizen is modeled after the German classic, but meant to be available fresh (like you would enjoy if you were in Germany). Shipping over long distances is not always a friend to beer. Named for the Centerport-Greenlawn area of Long Island that is home to the Blind Bat Brewery, Harborfields Hefeweizen goes great with fish, chicken, or a summer salad. Some even like it with brunch! The brainchild of three friends and a dog South City Cider was created out of necessity. The necessity for a hard apple cider that isn’t overly sweet, well balanced, and won’t break your budget to drink. South City Cider is made with West Coast Apples. Upon taking your first sip you will notice the bright sweet flavor of fresh picked dessert apples that rolls into a tart finish that leaves your mouth wanting another sip.

Oregon has a state flag, song, flower, and this my friends is our nomination for a state cider. A deep hue of purple fills the glass as we took zero short-cuts with this fine blend of blackberries and elderberries. The tartness of the blackberries is rounded out by the complex characteristics of the elderberries. Filled with tannins the cider leaves a delightful dry and rich finish. Cheers to NW berries.
