Beach Haus® Herb’s Rye – A tribute beer and an American wheat that announces itself with a smart, zesty, bouquet; grainy, semi-sweet, and just a bit spicy from the addition of lightly kilned rye malt. Herb’s Rye is a tribute to Herb Freedman, the man and the rye bread he made with such passion.

We threw caution to the wind with our interpretation of a Leipzig-style Gose, featuring complex aromas and acidic flavors contributed by indigenous wild yeast and lactic fermentation. Lemon, lime and other citrus-like qualities are balanced by the spicy character of coriander and a mineral-mouthfeel from French sea salt, resulting in a refreshing beer that was worth the risk.

Dedicated to hop heads. Spicy grapefruit aroma leads the charge to a pile of spicy, earthy and slightly citrusy hoppiness that totally dominates the subtle, yet complex, toasty-biscuity malt balance in this reddish-blonde ale.

At 7.4% abv this is a dangerously drinkable beer (in a good way). The color is milk chocolate brown with a red hue. We use a considerable amount of chocolate and crystal malts to give this beer a rich malt flavor and we add a generous amount of American hops to give Heresy a Wicked punch. This ale is dry hopped, which is not traditional for this style, but we think it makes it downright tasty! This is the best pairing on our beer list for a burger. Delish!

Herforder export is a classical representative export of the beer. The careful selection the bright special spezialmalze, the classical fermenting procedure and the four weeks continuing cold storage are the reasons for the rounded off malzige flavour. The master peppering content of over 12,5% and the only easily stressed hop-bitter.

Herforder Weihnacht is manufactured following the type of tradition " Marches " with increased master spice content, dark colour, careful hopping and proven fermentation. Already in the late summer in-brewed it achieved at the beginning of of October its optimal maturing.

As autumn leaves fall, it's time for our Gulpener Herfstbock. A heartwarming flavor. Round and balanced by the perfect combination of bitter and sweet. Intensely complex, with notes of cooked fruit syrup and spices. Experience the joy of autumn. The ultimate beer after a long walk!

True to the Norgrove's Scottish Heritage, this Wee Heavy is brewed with Scottish malts and lightly hopped with East Kent Goldings. Big and Malty sweet, this ale will have you hearing bagpipes.

English-Style Brown Ale with Coffee. English Ales are typically malty-sweet, often with a rich, caramel or toffee-like character. Hints of coffee are often present in this style, so this was a perfect beer upon which to base this unique coffee creation. This rich brown ale has a big cocoa aroma with light earthy roasted and gourmet coffee notes. The flavor has a light sweetness, with fruity hazelnut and medium coffee flavors. There is a deep coffee base, without an overwhelming coffee flavor that allows the brown ale and a hint of Cascade and Calypso hops to shine through.

With its misty mountains, secret beaches and deep mysterious pools, it’s no wonder the Cowichan River was designated as a Canadian Heritage River. Take the plunge and dive into our Heritage River Hefeweizen. Brewed with a traditional Weihenstephan yeast strain this beer is full of Satsuma orange and citrus flavours, and unfiltered to retain a full flavoured profile. Some sediment is normal. Dark IPA. Munich, wheat and chocolate rye malts are blended for a dark color and unique body in this Beer City Brew. We infuse Germany’s Hallertau Herkules hops at each stage of the brewing process for a smooth floral aroma and a powerful spicy flavor.

First in our second series of European IPAs. Rich, golden coloured ale with hints of orange marmalade and a fruity, spicy aroma.

Hybrids are common in the world of viticulture, as growers attempt to produce the best and most tolerant grape. Hermann Muller, of Thurgau Switzerland did just than in 1882 as he crossed Reisling with Madeleine Royale to create the Muller-Thurgau grape. Now, a new hybrid has formed at Oakshire as our Brewmaster work with Anne Amie Vineyards to create this beer/wine hybrid. We used Anne Amie's classic Muller Thurgau grapes and artfully blended it with a Belgian Golden Ale and matured it with Brettanomyces in Anne Amie's Pinot Noir barrels for a year. Hermanne is light and crisp, with a complex fruity middle and dry tannic finish.
