At 9.5% ABV and black as oil, Hellfighter Imperial Porter, with roasted coffee and chocolate malt characteristics, finishes what it started. This explosion of flavors will extinguish even a Texas-sized penchant for boldness. Intense and maybe a little insane, drink carefully but drink often. Blaze on!

2011 marks the 100th birthday of Mississippi Delta bluesman Robert Johnson who, according to legend, sold his soul down at the crossroads in a midnight bargain and changed music forever. Working again with our friends at Sony Legacy (yup, the same folks we did our Miles Davis-inspired Bitches Brew with), Dogfish Head pays tribute to this blues legend by gettin the hellhounds off his trail and into this finely-crafted ale. Hellhound is a super-hoppy ale that hits 100 IBUs in the brewhouse, 10.0 ABV, 10.0 SRM in color, and dry-hopped with 100% centennial hops at a rate of 100 kilos per 100 barrel brew-length. Can you tell we at Dogfish are stoked for this mighty musical centennial? To accentuate and magnify the citrusy notes of the centennial hops (and as a shout out to Robert Johnsons mentor Blind Lemon Jefferson) we add dried lemon peel and flesh to the whirlpool.

Our core beliefs are freedom of expression, freedom of speech and a dogged (no pun intended) passion for doing what we love. Thus, we are donating 50% of the profits from this beer to charitable organisations that support like minded individuals wishing to express themselves freely without prejudice. This beer is a double IPA brewed with Limonnik berries. We heard they're great for improving sexual performance, so we've sent a case to the Kremlin as we suspect there is someone there who would appreciate a little helping hand.

The Hello World Stout was Justin’s first beer. It has had many revisions and variations over the years, and only bears a passing resemblance to its first release. Our favorite use for this beer is to add it to our chocolate stout ice cream and float it atop an English bitter.

Hellshire IV is a blended ale with some beers aged for over one year in freshly emptied bourbon, whiskey, and brandy barrels. Our brewers artfully blended 5 different beers into an Old Ale or Barleywine type beer. Notes of vanilla, cinnamon, mild roasted coffee, oak tannins, & bourbon intertwine with the beers’ complex malt and yeast flavors.

A roasty robust porter. Brewed with a portion of English Pale malt smoked at the brewery over alder and apple wood. The smoke is balanced with some bittersweet chocolate notes. In the tradition of Porters, it is lightly carbonated.

Helluva Bock is a malty German-Style lager with a smooth low-hop flavor.

Fully lagered with a sweet and subtle crisp pear aroma, dry and bready mouthfeel, and strong bitterness in the back from the rich Noble hops. It’s what a lager should be.

A hot smoked IPA, inspired by the debut album of legendary rockers The 3Ds, Hellzapoppin' is a hot headed drop for hop heads. Manuka-smoked malt, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops with Peach Bhut and Fatalii chilli from New Zealand's Fire Dragon Chillies. Brewed for GABS 2016

We have combined the smooth chocolaty character of our Stout with the fine hop flavour of our Pale Ale. The result is a careful marriage of flavours and aromas in this classic pub style favorite.

This refreshing wheat based ale is lightly hopped and has a slight banana finish derived from our choice of yeast.

This is a refreshing blonde ale generously hopped to give bitterness and aroma that packs a punch! Our blonde ale is not a bland ale, there is a complexity at play here with a fruity aroma balanced by a hoppiness that makes it a slightly challenging but still quite easy to drink beer. Helvick is a great summer’s day drink, perfect for cracking out at the barbeque. Enjoy at cellar temperature (8—14°C) or cooler for a great warm weather thirst quencher. It’s an excellent beer to pair with food and works particularly well with spicy food. This and all our beers contain a vitamin-rich yeast sediment in the bottle which is a by-product of the natural carbonation that occurs in the bottle. To pour a clear pint, pour out in one go and leave the last drop in the bottle. However, this is purely for aesthetic reasons and the sediment is absolutely fine to drink.

Made with the most heavily peated malt in the world from the Bruichladdich distillery. Almost pitch black and opaque, small head. Furiously peated aroma, hiding the malt, licorice and dark chocolate somewhat. Very full bodied, thick mouthfeel, like fluid bread. Dark chocolate, loads of peat, lapsang souchong tea, chocolate cake, culminating in an almost endless aftertaste that also has licorice. Alcohol varies by batch.
