Icelandic Pants of the Dead aka "Nabrok" aka "Death Underpants" aka "Necropants" is an American sour ale borne of an unholy blend of a foeder beer and an all Brettanoymces IPA. Tart sour notes collide with fresh and fruity hoppy flavor and aroma married together with a classic wild yeast backbone.

Cider House Collection #2: Inspired by the tradition of Ice Ciders in Quebec, Canada, Iceman uses the process of freezing the juice from culinary and bittersweet apples to produce a rich, complex and unique cider with a crisp apple taste and notes of caramel and toffee. This cider is sweet but not cloying. The addition of oak-aging yields a smooth and pleasing vanilla character. The result is a perfectly balanced, full-flavored cider that delights the palate with clean apple notes and a lingering toffee finish.

Ichabod Ale is a red IPA. It has a nice amber color with a great malt backbone and plenty of American hops. It is dry hopped but still kept in balance to let the nutty, toffee notes of the malts come through. The beer is crisp and clean and bursting with flavor. The perfect fall time beer!

This Belgian style pumpkin ale was inspired by the legendary midnight ride of Ichabod Crane. It is a Belgian style ale complimented by a light touch of pumpkin and spice. Fresh toasted pumpkins are added in the mash with the grains adding a touch of the season to the brew. The complex fruitiness and dryness of the yeast is enhanced by the addition of sugars during fermantation. The beer is lightly spiced with pumpkin spice, all spice, and brown sugar. The pale and toasted malts used, provide a pie crust taste and smell in the beer as the higher alcohol's produced round out the finish.

Brewed with real pumpkins and spices, our seasonal punkin ale is great on a chilly fall day.

Birra Ichnusa, or simply Ichnusa, is the name of a popular Sardinian-made beer, which is brewed in Assemini, a town near the Sardinian capital Cagliari. It is named after the Latinized ancient name Sardinia, Hyknusa. Birra Ichnusa is a lager with a hoppy taste.

Murray 's Icon 2IPA is one of the hoppiest beers consistently brewed in the southern hemisphere. It is also one of the highest rated beers brewed in Australia. It is inspired by modern American versions of the India Pale Ale style. The beer's extensive hopping (more than 1kg of hops per 100 litres) creates intense citrus, passionfruit and peppery characteristics, balanced by sweet biscuity malt and a full bodied, rich-and-rounded bitter finish. Murray's Icon 2IPA is a challenge to brew, with the huge hop content literally overloading the brewery.

Our El Dorado IPA is a red IPA showcasing a hop we’ve never before brewed with. The El Dorado hop is front and center in this ale, lending flavors of watermelon, pear and stone fruit - all balanced by a malt bill that creates the red color.

You have one type of malt and two hop varieties. This is how beers were brewed 200 years ago at the time of the first Oktoberfest. How much depth and complexity can you create given these parameters? We set out to brew a Märzen – the original style of Oktoberfest beers – for our Icon Red release following these guidelines. This is a recipe that Brock has been thinking about and wanting to brew for 20 years. The 100% Munich malt mash is decocted – part of the mash is removed, boiled and returned – which creates depth of flavor unique to this process resulting in biscuit, caramel and toffee notes in a round yet dry body. The Perle and Hersbrucker hops are both grown outside of Munich in the Hallertauer region and give the beer a floral aroma and light balancing bitterness. Our Bavarian lager yeast and six weeks in the tanks results in a traditional, rich lager that’s the perfect companion for fall beer festivities.

A classic dubbel with a twist. This beer is led by a bold and complex Belgian yeast character with a strong malt backbone that delivers tones of dark fruits and raisins. Finishing off with an untraditional hopping of the Japanese hop Sorachi Ace rounds out the flavor and aroma of this beer with a creamy lemon character complementing the yeast and malt and creating a truly unique, enjoyable beer.

Our first go-round with this new hop varietal, this DIPA is brewed with 100% Idaho 7 hops. We are getting a broad spectrum of peach, orange, cannabis, chive, earth, and herbal tones.

Using all locally grown and produced ingredients, we set out to make a Pale Ale that is exemplary of the great malt, hops and water Idaho has to offer. Lightly hopped, you will find lemony citrus and herbal notes highlighting this very quaffable beer.

Formerly known as Identity Crisis, this beer is brown and mahogany with a tan head and ruby highlights. The head stand long and well. Toast, malty sweetness, stone fruit, caramel, and slight alcohol permeate the air space above the goodness below. The flavor is a melting pot of fruitiness, chocolate, caramel, toffee, slight roast, and warming alcohol. The finish is dry and clean. This could be described as a Winter Warmer light. It has all the makings but not as high in alcohol and it is lighter in body.

A Dry-Hopped Sweet Tart Sour Mash Blonde Ale. This beer was Soured on the hot side with Lactobacillus over a Holiday Weekend then dry-hopped in the fermenter on the cold side with Galaxy and Amarillo.

It's not what you think, this is no ordinary pale ale. It's a Freaking Unreal India Pale Ale! It's got a gigantic malt profile and a fatty dose of hops. This big ol' beer will swallow your face with every sip. WARNING: Idiot's Hill IPA is a lot to handle. If you don’t think you can do it, you probably can't. Made with two row, red wheat, and caramel malts. Hopped with Columbus, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops.

This Sour Saison is a great introduction to the Sour family. Un-intimidating, like a paper tiger torn apart by idle hands, it has a refreshing tartness that leaves your palate asking for more. Subtly vinous with white grapes and very light citrus fruit flavors, this is another brew that should bode well heading into the dog days of summer.
