A bright, crisp and refreshing pale ale that reminds you of a South Shore summer’s day. Made with citrus zest and green tea to complement a floral and fruity hop blend, Hunky Dory is a favorite among discerning women and confident men.

Our version of the classic German Marzen style Using traditional ingredients like Munich malt and noble Hallertauer hops, but brewed as an ale rather than a traditional lager. Medium-bodies, copper hue, focused malts with a low-level bitterness.

Here is a father’s toast to his son. Brewed with cocoa nibs and lactose, Hunter boasts a creamy texture and rich chocolate flavor. Vanilla, roast, and caramel sweetness are met with a bright hop bitterness. Complex enough to pair with dinner or dessert. Suave enough to skip the meal altogether. A chip off the old block, alright.

Our friends at GRINDHOUSE CAFE, based in Griffith, Indiana joined us in the search for the perfect coffee to blend with HUNTER, our creamy Double Milk Stout brewed with Cocoa Nibs and Lactose...And we found it... Metropolis Coffee Company's Signature Blend ‘Redline Espresso'- a big bodied espresso that pairs perfectly with HUNTER'S Roasted notes.

This one was People's Choice at the Muddy River Mashers Oktoberfest in 2010. It is on the dark side of amber -- almost red. It has a great combination of bready, malt and citrus/spicy hop aroma. The caramel and toffee notes really are showcased in this beer as the crystal malts shine as I think they should in an amber. This is a mildly hoppy beer. Again, citrus and spicy notes come through in the flavor as well. It is a great combination of English and American ingredients for a well-rounded, smooth beer.

INSPIRATION Hurricane Deck is one of the most challenging hikes in the Los Padres National Forest but the pay-off is big with breath-taking views from the ridgeline. TASTING NOTES Brewed with three and a half pounds of hops per barrel, this double IPA is loaded with woodsy, herbal and pine-like hop flavor and aroma. This double IPA blends four hops – Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade – to recreate the ruggedness and intensity of the Trail. Enjoy after achieving a major accomplishment.

A complex, flavourful and fascinating ale lies just on the edge of being totally out of control. Stephan Beaumont, Celebrator Beer News India Pale Ale dates back to the 1700's when Britain needed a hearty beer to ship to her troops in India. Because the ships had to cross the equator twice to get there, spoilage was a major problem until some clever brewer realized that both alcohol and hops are natural preservatives. James brews Hurricane I.P.A. in this tradition, and packs it with enough hops and alcohol to survive crossing the orbit of Mercury twice. The grist is 100% Gambrinus premium 2-row barley malt, copiously hopped with fresh Centennial and Willamette. The result is a rich, golden, intense beer with bitterness in perfect balance with residual sweetness.

This wet-hopped harvest ale boasts the intense presence of Citra® tropical fruit fragrance and flavor but with very low bitterness. The Chumash, who originally settled this area, celebrate a fall equinox sun ceremony during the month of Hutash, which is also the name of their Earth Goddess. Taking place after the harvest is picked, it focuses on the spiritual importance of unity in the lean winter months to come.

The more cloudy the beer the better the joy. Because it is not filtered, the valuable yeast in the Huett remains naturally cloudy and will taste like that to you. Naturally it is not pasteurized and thus substantially more healthy. Therefore there is not Huett naturally cloudy in bottles, but freshly of the barrel in many restaurants. Ask your manager nevertheless times for Huett naturally-cloudy.

Working with our Brewfather and a number of our brewer friends we developed this Goliath of a beer. Think big Westcoast style DIPA with a massive hop bill that includes Cascade, Citra, CTZ, Ella and Nugget, countered by an even larger malt bill comprised of 2-Row Pale, Carapils and Crystal 15. Oh yeah and throw in 66lbs of dry hopped Cascade, Ella and Armarillo for a citrusy, orangy finish that accentuates the overall super hoppy goodness. Though light in color at 9 SRM, Hutte makes up for it in flavor and body with 9.5% ABV and 120 IBUs of palate crushing awesomeness!
