A sweet stout dark in color that pours with a brownish, white fluffy head. Tastes of coffee, milk chocolate and roast play on the tongue as the beer finishes with a soft sweetness from the addition of flaked oats in the mash and dehydrated milk sugar in the boil kettle.

We found a unique combination of hops known for their minty characteristics and hit em with some vanilla beans. This beer is meant to remind you of your favorite St. Patrick's Day treat. It sham-rocks!

The little summer brother of the "Night Terror". Similar to its relative, this beer holds a sweet, creamy body chased by dominant flavors of chocolate and almonds. However, unlike it's bigger brother, is much more sessionable with 4% ABV.

This traditional wee heavy pours a deep copper color. The aroma and flavor swirls rich caramel, woodsy, peaty notes, molasses hints, and toffee. It has a medium to full body and finishes with a peaty, caramel mix.

A light bodied, heavily hopped, amber colored ale with predominant hop aromas of tropical fruit with compliments of sweet malt. Falconer's Flight is comprised of many unique hop varieties including Citra®, Simcoe®, and Sorachi Ace along with experimental hops and numerous other varieties. There characteristics arr of dank earth, grassy, piney, and gentle citrus flavors are balanced slightly by some full grain attributes before a big bitter shock strikes the back of the pallet and resonates sharply.

American Pale Ale with Corn

Hop-Focused Session Ale, Dry and crisp with tropical hop notes.

This is our session style IPA. This pale ale has a soft malt flavor and big hop flavor and aroma. Many additions of American style hops, including dry hops, define this American favorite. Light bodied and very drinkable.

Lil' Raspy is a lil' sensitive. He's low ABV, got a soft, white, fluffy cap and the raspberry puree he's brewed with gives him a pinkish hue. And that makes people think he isn't tough. But he's a prickly sucker... definitely one of the most sour beers the Mad Scientists have released in recent memory. Kettle-soured and sometimes served with proprietary "Raspy Sauce."
