You can't name a monster Imperial Stout after a one year girl!!! Well, we did! At 10%, New South's "Lily the Great" honors our head brewer's daughter, just as is it was originally brewed for Catherine the Great. The rich and roasty flavors of this strong stout is complimented by an assertive hop presence. Enjoy!

This is one of two collaborative brews we made at the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company in September, 2009. Limb & Life is a 'small' beer, made from the second runnings of the larger brew, Life & Limb. Limb & Life has a roasted malt flavor reminiscent of dark roasted coffee and toasted bread, combined with a pronounced hoppiness from the use of bold and aromatic American hops. Limb & Life is an easy drinking 'session' beer - an antidote to the heavy sippers, and a beer that begs for another glass. It is balanced yet flavorful, hoppy yet not without strong malt, and drinkable but still complex.Limb & Life will be an extrememly limited draft-only release.

This Limited Spring Seasonal brew, is our 1st ever lager with a crisp, toasty, slightly hoppy taste that is true to the quarries of Minnesota.

Kom fra Thisted Bryghus i 1989 efter syv års eksperimenter. Navnet stammer fra Urban-bryggeriet i Aalborg, hvor brygmesteren fra Thisted Bryghus i slutningen af 70érne ”slog sine folder”. Her fik han første gang ”smag” for provinslivet og denne særlige øltype, som ofte i Thisted-regi betegnes som øllets gentleman. Navnet købtes efter Urban-bryggeriets lukning i 1986. Limfjords-Porteren ”kredsede” brygmesteren om frem til 1997, hvorefter han ikke mente længere at kunne forbedre produktet. Den rette blanding af maltene var opnået. Af usædvanlige ingredienser skal nævnes røgmalt og engelsk lakrids, der tilsammen giver en smagsmæssig balance på et lidt højere niveau end det sædvanligvis ses. Brygmesterens personlige favorit og ”hjertebarn”.

This is a truly different beer. The concept was to develop the flavour and mouthfeel of Limoncello and fuse with the carbonation and lemony hop hit of an IPA. Using pale and wheat malts, the base beer goes through a 24 hour sour process to add to the tartness of the beer. Tons of lemon zest and juice are added to the boil along with all the citrusy lemony hops available

“I was once a great entertainer who thrilled throngs of children with dance. Then my puppet master became a CGI whiz. Now I’m an inanimate object – a piece of cloth with asbestos stuffing and lifeless strings. I have no pulse and no soul. I do, however, have a rabid desire for revenge. Beware puppet master – I know where you live…” Unfiltered, hazy and dull yellow with a snowy with head. Tropical and juicy hop profile dominates the aroma. White wine/grape must, citrus rind (lemon) and a freshly bit tangerine. Passion fruit throughout. Light to medium body, more on the light side. Juicy and refreshing with a softer carbonation, which allows hop profile to emanate. Similar to aroma – passion fruit, soft touch of white wine notes and touches of lemon rind. Finishes dry with lingering tropical hop character. Good for hop heads and those looking for a lighter offering.
