La Folie, French for ‘the folly’, is a beer steeped in New Belgium brewing tradition. This wood-aged, sour brown spends one to three years in big, oak barrels, known as foeders. And when the beer finally hits the glass, La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will get you puckering while the smooth finish will get you smiling. Not a beer for the timid, La Folie is a sour delight that will turn your tongue on its head.

Le Terroir is a french term meaning “of the earth”. Used to reference the environmental conditions that affect the brew, we like to think about the terroir of our foeders. These wooden barrels age our sour beer in varying temperatures, humidity, and vibrations. The terroir of New Belgium, so to speak. Add in another variable by dry-hopping with peachy, mango-like Amarillo hops, and we created a beer that changes every time we brew it.

Liquid Breadfruit is an Imperial Golden Ale brewed with ‘ulu (local Maui breadfruit) and toasted papaya seeds.

The first installment in the Liquid Local Legends (3XL) draft series is Sweat Shock Malt Liquor, a tribute brew to one of our all-time favorite Baltimore bands, J Roddy Walston and The Business. Our goal with this beer was to pay tribute to what we love about the band – loud, sweaty, raucous, good old American rock and roll that elevates the sounds of the American landscape to make something exciting, new and yet immediately classic. We’ve taken all the ingredients that make up the classic mass-produced malt liquors – barley, rice, & corn – and elevated the recipe to produce a premium imperial lager truly worth savoring.

This West Coast style Pale Ale is easy drinking. It’s citrus forward, and the low ABV makes this a sessionable choice, especially if you’re nipping out of work for a pint at lunch. Shh… we won’t tell! Hopped with plenty of Cascade it has spicy, floral and grapefruit notes.

Russian Imperial Raspberry Stout

All the joys of the season…served up in liquid form. Our very own George Shaw came up with this holiday recipe and after one drink his friend Mike Colvin declared it Liquid Mistletoe! Like most Winter Warmers, Liquid Mistletoe is attractive to all beer drinkers. The smell of cinnamon and sweet orange peel arrives just before they ultimately soothe your taste palette. A hearty malt backbone and cardamom spice embraces you with subtle warmth. It’s complex and luxurious…but not demanding. Liquid Mistletoe is just the kind of ale to keep your taste buds satisfied on a cold winter night this holiday. Enjoy a pint of Liquid Mistletoe while standing under the mistletoe…you might be surprised by what will happen.

Our winter beer, brewed with wheat, rye, barley and 8 pounds of powdered cocoa.

LSD is a stout that is a chewy, chocolaty and a joy to behold. Just friggin drink it.

Crisp, clean, and refreshing. A blend of White Winter Wheat and Pilsner malts with Czech Saaz hops makes for the perfect summer beer.

A hybrid style beer combining an American IPA with a Stout. The chocolate and coffee notes derived from the roasted malts round out the copious amounts of hops added late in the boil.

Because it’s the Summer and we’re all in search of something to quench our thirst in the midst of disgusting, sweat inducing humidity, we brewed another Berliner Weisse to do just that. Meaning “slender and elegant,” Lissome was brewed with hundreds of pounds of fresh blackberries that add a beautiful, cloudy purple hue and a graceful, pleasant berry fruitiness to the tart wheat base. The low ABV% keeps things ultra refreshing and gives us the perfect excuse to have a beer with lunch.

Brewed with spring water and sexy west coast aroma hops transmuted with the "alchemist" yeast in "nature's delicious draught". "You May as well distill the dew, as to improve this nature's delicious draught!" Lithia Spring Travel back in time, a town that no longer exists, a long summer day culminates in an evening waned to dew, dawn dances the surface, a breath of fresh country air, a skinny dipping trickle of healing waters falls from brow to tongue.

Contrary to the name, this beer is the least bitter of the beers that we brew. Our lightest offering. Golden color and light malt sweetness, this is truly an enjoyable session beer.

LBH is a beer you can drink all night and still remember what your wife's name is. This beer has boat load of Amarillo and Cascades in it but it's a 4% session beer, so drink up.
