Our sessionable take on the mole-inspired Imperial Stout style; the creamy confluence of milk chocolate & vanilla is dusted in cinnamon spice & finished with a sweet and mildly smoky hint of ancho chili pepper; brewed with oats, lactose milk sugar, vanilla beans, cacao nibs, ancho chilies & cinnamon.

This beer will cause your taste buds to be at a standoff. Cocoa mixes with subtle vanilla and cinnamon notes before the chili pepper takes hold with its heat. Now you have a choice to make. Drink this alone or with friends?

Imperial Black Lager

This is a limited batch of our Loonie Kuhnie Pale Ale, brewed with Michigan-grown hops from Top Hops in Goodrich. The terroir becomes very evident as compared to our standard Loonie Kuhnie, as you experience heightened fruit notes, reminiscent at times of Juicy Fruit gum. Satisfying and refreshing, this is just a different take on a classic recipe.

Okay, we’re busted! We’re calling this beer a weiss; it’s not! We’re suggesting it’s from Miami; we’ve never even been there. Confused? So are we. What we know is it is an American style take on a traditional German wheat beer – A Pale Wheat. Rather than a mild hop presence, this baby is packed with Pacific Northwest hops. It’s made with a pale ale yeast which doesn’t produce the same banana flavour you find in German weiss beers. We also know that it goes down smooth and tastes terrific. So, what’s with the name Miami Weiss? It’s just something the guys in marketing came up with.

It’s Berliner Weisse with a tan. This has a nice sharp tartness from the lactic acid upfront with hints of fruity esters and chocolate chip bread. This is sure to confuse your taste buds in a good way.

Hoppy, roasty, burnt tangerine peel, subtle smoke and filled with intrigue. This Smoked Black Rye IPA is full bodied, intense and delicious.

Traditional Double IPA. Hops (all the good ones): Simcoe, Equinox, Chinook, Citra and Amarillo. This years Saraveza's collaboration beer for their IIPA fest.

A twist on a traditional unfiltered Belgian-Style Wheat Ale. Brewed with citrus peels and spices, accented by spicy ginger notes.

Unfiltered American amber wheat ale brewed with a blend of imported and domestic hops for a balanced slightly citrus hop aroma and caramel malty taste.

An English-style pale ale that is dry hopped with Cascade Hops from the Yakima Valley.

For Rye PA, our unique twist on a pub staple, we added malted rye to the popular India pale ale style. The rye malt gives the ale a distinctive malt profile with a hint of spiciness. Rye PA is only available this fall in our Ale Sampler Pack.
