Piney and resinous with a bit of spice from the rye, you'll want this beer full of holiday cheer and our Christmas present to Houston: a rye IPA with spruce tips. It's dank with a subtle citrus nose. Fresh spruce tips give a strong pine forward flavor and Chinook and Amarillo hops meld with the rye to brighten up the finish with a nice bit of spice.

This rich dark gingerbread stout entices with the aromas of the holidays. The flavor of gingerbread comes alive, beginning with the smooth sweetness and heartiness of dark roasted malts and a touch of wheat. But it’s the intensity and spices of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, & ginger that add a wicked kick for a jolly playful brew full of merry mischief.

We brewed this Russian Imperial Stout to honor the legendary Joe Cain, Mobile's savior of Mardi Gras, and the women who love him, his Merry Widows. Each year on the Sunday before Mardi Gras, they gather at Joe's grave to mourn his passing, and we hope this namesake beer makes that mourning just a little easier as they toss black roses and beads from Joe's eternal resting place.

Mershon's Mystic Berry Cider is the culmination of sweet midwest flavors. Made with fresh strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries fermented with fresh pressed apple juice and wildflower honey. This berry cider will excite the senses through notes of tart and sweet berry and apple, to remind us of all the good things that grow in Wisconsin after the harsh winters.

This Imperial IPA was brewed for your with Citra hops to help take your minds of grimy Lower Wacker, aimless pedestrians, a**hole security guards and of course, answering the infamous question: "what's the weather like?" There may be slow days, but you gotta admit, it's better than wasting your life away at a desk! Can't Stop, Won't Stop.

True to its Bavarian heritage, our traditional Oktoberfest is brewed using lager yeast and then stored cold for several months to develop the smooth lagered character. The copper color and malt forward flavors come from generous amounts of Vienna malt and 2 different Munich malts. They are the source of the rich caramel notes and the balancing toasty finish. Noble Hallertau hops provide the bitterness and a floral presence to the final product

Metro Red is our hoppy red ale, a nod to the West Coast. There was so much positive feedback when it debuted for DC Beer Week 2015 that we had to bring it back.  The 6.5% ABV beer marries juicy, citrusy hops with a biscuity, slightly sweet malt character – a study of boldness in balance. Take a sip and think of orange marmalade on toast.

A relatively new variant of IPA with a characteristically dark or black appearance due to roasted malts. This beer retains the Simcoe and Cascade hop aroma typical of the IPA style. It's named after the Chamorro word for strong because of its strong flavor and high alcohol content.

Seasonal brew with a mild kick and peppery flavor. Our most award winning beer, this year’s Mexican Chili Ale is a light golden ale brewed with anaheim, serrano and jalapeno peppers. It boasts mild heat and assertive pepper flavor. As the ale ages, its spicy character will intensify.

is a hoppy full-flavored ale similar to an American IPA in hop aroma and flavor, but less bitter. Key limes have been added to the brewing process to accentuate the citrusy aroma from the American hops while balancing the bitterness with the sweetness of the Key limes. This is a new, inventive style of beer, the Mexican IPA.
