If you liked the Nobleman this one should blow you away! We took malt and hops from around the world to create this International Pale ale! This beer has an incredible amount of hop flavor and the perfect hop bite!

You can't always get what you want..... but sometimes you get lucky. It's all about the right hops, at the right time. This is how Melvin Grew Up. Fruity, Intense, but not bitter like the rest of them. As long as you don't take advantage, we think this is the hoppiest relationship you could ask for...hold my hand?

A group of members sat down with Niko to conceive of this pale, Belgian-style ale brewed with citrus zest, a bit of peach purée, and the slightest hint of ginger.

Our Rich Dark Night Sauce stout Aged for 5 months in buffalo trace Bourbon barrels on our house blend of bugs. Aging gives this American sour complex aromas of coffee, chocolate, & strawberry that follow through on the pallet with a sour floral finish and subtle earthiness.

The brandy/red wine barrel fermented saison we brewed with Mystery Brewing Company, for which each half was fermented with our respective wild house yeasts and blended at packaging.

A light, clean blonde ale made with orange zest, orange juice and dry hopped with Sorachi Ace hops.

Menace Hopper is hopped with heavy hands. He is light, yet surprisingly sinister. He is brewed with rice and Amarillo, Galaxy and Centennial hops. Menace hopper is our first bottle release and one of the prides of our collection. Like it or not, Menace Hopper is an experience not to be missed.

An assertive complex farmhouse style beer that includes aromas of citrus, fruits, earth, black pepper, grainy malts and sour notes. The use of a combination of a strain of Brettanomyces and Bella Saison yeast adds these distinctively earthy, fruity, black pepper and sours notes to aroma as well as the palate, while using dry-hopping to join hints of citrus to this beer.

This delicious IPA was brewed and dry hopped with mosaic, citra and zythos hops. Very citrus forward and incredibly delicious.

This super hoppy and super malty brown IPA was brewed with our friend James from Brodie’s Fabulous Ales in the “fashionable” East End of London.

Begian Tripple brewed with 100 percent Pilsner malt and a blend of three Belgian yeasts which impart a fruity and spicy flavor and aroma.

Messenger of the gods, Mercury symbolizes commerce, travel, thievery, wit and wealth. MERCURY cleverly stole its essence from mistress lover VENUS. Second runnings of the voluptuous quadrupel created this small yet fascinating beer. Indian coriander acknowledges the traveler; a distinct Belgian yeast contributes wit & charm.

The Meredith Marzen is our first ever true lager brewed at Avondale. The Marzen style of beer is also known as an Oktoberfest style, traditionally brewed in March and cellared in caves until the end of summer. It was a special beer to be drank at Oktoberfest in Bavaria. The finest malts from the previous year crops were used to brew this premium lager in celebration of the new brewing season. The brew has a deep golden hue. The aroma is clean and malty. Malt is the major player in this brew and it dominates the palate. The rich malt character is derived from mostly vienna and munich malt. The vienna malt adds a toasty and biscuity flavor that is balanced by the sweet munich malt.

This traditional pale ale is brewed within 24 hours of harvesting the fresh hops from a local hop farm in Parma, Idaho. With being the first brewery in Meridian, it was an easy decision to use Meridian fresh hops which adds crisp flavors of lemon and tropical fruit. Available early fall until its gone.
