Muddy Creek Chocolate Stout is our flagship product. It's actually an oatmeal stout if you want to get right down to it. A series of happy accidents lead to the Muddy Creek recipe. It truly was a long time in the making. The stout developed over years of trial and error until the perfect storm came together to create the right texture and flavor profile. Muddy Creek is pleasant not only for its flavor but for its fullness and complexity. Generally a "chocolate stout" is so named for it's color, not specifically for any particular flavor profiles. In fact, stouts are more notable for strong coffee or roasted barley flavors than anything else. However, in the case of Muddy Creek, we have actually made efforts to incorporate chocolate flavors into the recipe which enhance the aroma, flavor and natural bitterness of the stout. These flavors mix naturally with the coffee undercurrent of the stout to form a nice blend. Add the silky mouth-feel from the oats and you have a very unique experience. We were so happy with how Muddy Creek turned out as a beer that we named the brewery after it. We hope you'll like it too. We currently serve our stout on both CO2 and on Nitro. MUDFLATS: Mudflats are coastal wetlands that form when mud and silt are brought in by seas, oceans and tributaries. When the tide comes in, water mixes with the mud and silt, creating the muddy quicksand that occurs in mudflats. Tourists are warned to not walk out on the mudflats because getting stuck knee-deep when the cold water tide is coming back in is no way to end your vacation-slash-life. Our Belgian-style Quadrupel is sludgy deliciousness and, yes, dangerous. Kick off your Xtra Tufs and stay on the couch.

A Robust style Porter brewed with roasted barley, malted oats, cocoa, and TN sorghum. Medium bodied, robust, and silky smooth. Dirty name, clean finish. Sometimes you have to go through the mud pit to get where you’re going.

Bottle Conditioned. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. A blonde Helles style, refreshing ale. Bittered with Hallertau Northern Brewer hops bursting with Styrian Goldings for a real sharp flavour and aroma. The Muker Silver Band was formed in 1897 and is still making music together in Muker, a tiny village, in picturesque Swaledale.

Wild Stout. It was brewed with the mindset of creating a beer that is subtle, succinct, and above all — drinkable.

Mummy-powered locomotives were once a frequent sight throughout Egypt, conveying gold, spices and mystical artifacts across the vast desert sands. They have since faded until innuendo and rumor, their presence diminishing with the power of the pharaohs. Now, the Mummy Train of yore passes by just once a year. You may hear its ancient howl in warmer months, but dismiss it as deja vu. The train's siren song grows through the summer until its unmistakable wail builds to a crescendo in the fall.
