Winner of a silver medal at the 2011 Great American Beer Festival competition, Mr. Pineapple was originally conceived for SanTan Brewing Company’s annual Luau Day. A stylish wheat with a tropical personality, infused with fresh pineapple juice from Fair Trade Costa Rican farms, takes traditional wheat beer and adds some seriously cool character.

A brewer called Harwood made single beer called Entire, which recreated the flavor of "Three Threads" and became known as Porter. Made with black malt, chocolate malt, and peat malt, to give this beer a traditional English taste.

Single hop session beer featuring the classic hop: Chinook. Bold pine-like and grapefruit aromas. Subtle spicy, smoky notes. Smells like a pine tree. Brewed with German pilsner malt and spelt, which lends a nutty, biscuity flavor which controls the strong pine character nicely. Overall light, balanced, and thirst – quenching.

Ale brewed with minimal hops, with black and green tea additions. Fermented with fresh seasonal fruit.

Mr. Todd's brown is a Belgian Brown Ale. This special dark ale is brewed with roasted malts to give it a roasted, nutty flavor and dark hues of deep mahogany. Our special Belgian yeast lends a slightly tart and fruity flavor that is balanced with a crisp finish. Just like Mr. Todd, this ale is deceptively good and an easy sipper.

Traditional Berliner settled soured with our house Lactobacillus culture.

It is said that behind every harsh, brusque and brutal man stands a chaste, loving, and not least wise woman. Of course this is also in the beer world. For where our perhaps best known beer, Mr. Frederiksen is a powerhouse who enjoy stand and admire own muscles, then Mrs. Frederiksen as a wise woman who very well know that you can actually achieve almost as much by save a little on forces. The Lady is not just any light beer, yet toned down compared to the Lord. Slightly sweeter and less wasted albeit with plenty of black malt, chocolate malt and roasted barley is not exactly a hero bet slut. And the U.S. Centennial hops kicking off with his 60 + IBU. Bid wife welcome - she's here to stay.

A malty nose, hints of vanilla and cocoa, and a drizzle of caramel suggest a heavier beer. But this was made for summer drinking! Light on the palate, this ale was brewed with a bit more caramel malt to create a color that’s closer to brunette than redhead.

Unfiltered hoppy light ale brewed from the second runnings of our Willi Whammer Barleywine 2012. Hopped with Mt Rainier for a crisp bite.

Pure Drinking Pleasure! Named after one of the major geographical features near Woodend, home of Holgate Brewhouse, this beer has been a prime mover with broad appeal. A deep honey colour garnered using Vienna Malt gives this ale a warm appeal, followed by a delicate caramel malt flavour and finished with a nice balance of piney/resinous hops from the US Pacific North West. Easy on the taste buds but offering great hop character, this beer matches well with Mediterranean style dishes.

An American pale ale brewed with Centennial hops and hopbacked with Cascade, it's a real refresher that has a spicy, citrus aroma and a slightly nutty malt flavor. ABV 5.0%

Malty sweet citrus notes of an ale, followed by a crisp and clean lager finish. Steam beers are lagers fermented at the higher ale temperatures. Mash hopped with Cascade and fermented with our new Austrian Alps lager strain.

Here in Colorado, we love our IPA’s. Frequently after a day of adventures outside, we look for a refreshing, bitter, bright beer loaded with hops. Owing to the fact we use five different types of hops, we are confident that it will satisfy the hophead in you.

Spicy Bloody Mary RED.

Rich American style stout with strong chocolate and coffee notes is aged in a bourbon barrel for 6 months to create a nice balance of bourbon, chocolate and rich malt flavor

A complex grain bill including 15% Rye malt adds a slight spicy and dry character to the finish of this dark, hoppy ale. Hopped with Chinook, Perle, Cascade, Centennial, Willamette, and CTZ.

We first brewed this rich and decadent ale as a birthday present to our friends on Westheimer who live and breathe the entrepreneurial spirit that is the backbone of our great city. Obviously, Houston is the best city in the world. Inferior parts of Texas disagreed and called us “Mud Turtles." Ok, so maybe we didn’t have “paved roads” or “clean water” until the late 1800s. But we had plenty of ale and drank a lot of it because it was sanitary. (Have you seen the bayou water? And no, we don’t brew with it.)
