Napoleon Complex is a small-statured pale ale with a larger-than-life attitude. Ignoring the industry standard of diminutive hop presence and mild manner, this pale ale will have most IPA’s contemplating their inadequacy. Little beer, big flavor, even bigger ego.

This brew begins with a 24hr+ mash, allowing for a period of wild fermentation before being boiled and handled as a saison thereafter. The result is a mildly tart saison that brings bright citrus flavors together with rustic , earthy undertones.

Black I.P.A. brewed with Pilsner malt and a premium blend of dark malts. Dry-hopped with Nugget, this beer has an upfront bitterness with a malty backbone and a bitter finish.

At first glance “NATAS” is pitch black in the glass with wafting aromas of burnt sugar and caramelized fruit. The mouthfeel is silky smooth with hints of cocoa. It has a gentle, warming phenolic character that begs for a follow-up inquiry. The hops are used to balance this brew and lend a subtle complexity. The dark lord himself would be proud to serve this hellish offering to his legions of demonic minions. The first beer in Red Hare’s “Chef Series”. This is a collaboration between Red Hare Brewery’s head brewer Bobby Thomas and Holeman and Finch’s Chef Linton Hopkins. The idea was to create a beer to pair with the H&F Burger that matched it’s “back to basics” American legacy brand. The National Common is our take on an American turn of the century style California Common. Like Chef Linton’s Burger, this beer is brewed with basic, quality ingredients, paying homage to a simpler time. 3 grains, 2 hops, 1 burger.
