You better bee-lieve honey is the bee's knees, so we brewed a Double Eye-PA with 100lbs of nature’s sweetest nectar. Harvested locally from Simrayh Apiaries in Lemont, the wildflower honey gives a hive five of sweetness up front before 100 Eye-Bee-U’s of hop bitterness stings your bee-hind. A plethora of pineapple and grapefruit combs through the sweetness before leaving your palate buzzin’. Bee sure not to get stuck in the honey pot, though, bee-cause at 8.9% A-Bee-V, things could get a little sticky.

Ode IPA is a culmination of our love of hops and the many variations of India Pale Ales we have brewed through the years. This beer shows how we like to use hops where flavor and aroma are at the forefront, ending with medium bitterness. Citra, Azacca, Amarillo and Centennial hops lend bright citrus and tropical fruit in flavor and aroma. It is an Ode to all the great IPAs already out there, a true marriage of hops and love. Something new, something borrowed, something Ode.

Created by a happy accident this beer is dark in color but light in body. Ode to Autumn can be enjoyed by even the light beer drinkers among us.

We've been searching for a winter seasonal beer that can truly reflect the influences of the Hispanic foods we love. Since it's getting colder, we thought of trying to make a beer that tasted like a champurrado - or Mexican hot chocolate - minus the hot part. Champurrado is more than just hot chocolate. It is often accompanied by canelo (cinnamon), allspice, cayenne, and even masa harina. We decided to break it down into separate ingredients and came up with a mix of HEXX chocolate, canelo, allspice, and for a twist, we're adding a few pounds of dried New Mexican sourced pasilla chilies (we're freaks about a good molé) and barley as a substitute for the masa. We ended up with a chocolaty, spicy - but not hot - beer that we think you'll love.

Odin's Tipple was meant to be a strong beer, but we changed our minds...its still strong but we wont follow the mega strong trend. It should be possible to make great beer without the extreme alcohol potency. Odins Tipple is now approx 11% abv, it’s a dark almost black beer from lots and lots of chocolate malt. Its the malt that contributes the flavor...no added coffee or anything else, Its got a great body without being old engine oil and still very drinkable due to the wild yeast we use. This beer is made with a single strain of wild yeast and the recipe is dead simple.

A real traditional English milk stout, reminiscent of Makeson, Jubilee & Bristol. Rich, dark and moreish.

Odyssey is an Imperial IPA which is brewed with all the different hops used for the IPA Project, an annual series of varietal IPAs offered throughout the year. Odyssey is medium-bodied and (obviously) hoppy, with pleasant alcohol hints in the nose and finish.

Pilsener is perhaps the most difficult style in beer country, the brewer can not fault afford and the consumer knows exactly what he or she can expect. However, most large-scale brewed lagers honed over time and become increasingly similar. Emelisse therefore brews a beer that you can say that this looks like the lagers from the very beginning very: tight hopped, crisp in the mouth, cracking between the teeth. In short, honest and easy to enjoy.

Oesterstout is a beer with a slight taste of oyster brine. It's a strong, soft tasting stout with a limited bitterness and dark as the night. During the brewing process, the wort is being pumped over oyster shells.

Beoir beer of the year 2014 winner, Of Foam and Fury! This double IPA is hazy orange, dense bubbly white head, good lacing. Aroma - big tropical fruits, sweet fruity malts, grapefruit pith, lots of pithy resinous fruits, super aroma. Taste as the aroma, great background of sweet fruits, mango, tropical nots, juicy citrus, resinous hops, good bitter sweet balance, complex flavour, so drinkable for the abv, cracking stuff.

As colder weather starts to set in it’s easy to warm back up with this Double Rice IPA. Being double dry hopped with Citra, Denali, Mosaic, Centennial and Crystal, it is sure to make you reminisce about warmer days behind you, but when you have a beer like this…you’ll be okay with the cold. These hops add a floral and Citra aroma that are sure to catch the nose of anyone around you, if that was not enough the malty forefront & hoppy backbone of this 9.3 % love bomb is sure to make anyone fall in love with it. Move over Q-stew, a real beer has arrived.

Off Grid Pale Ale is a wonderful interpretation of the classic pale ale style. It has a distinctly deep amber color and great character and body. Three varieties of hops provide a wonderful aroma and a citrus and spicy hop flavor. This smooth gluten-free ale is made from sorghum and brown rice extract, molasses, tapioca maltodextrin, caramel color, hops, and yeast.

Amber tap handle features rotating beers that are amber in color. Off Kilter is a Scottish Ale style pronounced “eighty shilling”. This beer is malty with notes of nuts and honey. Low hops.
