Off With Your Red is an aggressively hopped red IPA befitting its status as the first release of the Rabbit Hole Brewing “Season of Fear”. The substantial malt backbone establishes the dark ruby/garnet color and supports the significant flavor and aroma additions of American Pacific Northwest hops. The hop nose is bright, resinous, and lingers to the end. At 7.7% ABV and 88 IBUs , Off With Your Red is not to be trifled with; if you do, you may just lose your head.

Collaboration with Chef Chris Cosentino. As San Francisco Chef Chris Cosentino began planning his next Bay Area restaurant, he decided early on that a house cider would be a part of the menu. He reached out to Virtue Cider, not just to blend and bottle it, but to make the chef a part of the cider making experience. Chef Cosentino spent two days on the farm in Fennville, MI component tasting, wandering orchards, perfecting a Spanish sidra bottle pour, and pairing candidate blends while dining in Southwest Michigan. The resulting cider is a full-bodied blend of bittersweet and bittersharp apple varieties, offering aromas of overripe apple and the orchard, and a dry, crisp, citrusy flavor, supported by hearty tannins.

Offen Weisse is a Bavarian-style hefe set to debut at the Oregon Brewers Festival. The beer is made from 100% organic ingredients, including hallertauer hops from Washington. Using a classic yeast strain known for producing a balance of fruity and spicy aromas and flavors, the Offen Weisse is goes one step further in traditional hefe brewing methods by being fermented in an open top tank, where said yeast is most expressive. 5.2%

Our first IPA, OffLand, is a sessionable beer with the signature bitterness that you expect from the style. This dry hopped IPA will offer distinctive floral and citrus aromas before you take the first sip.

This is our American IPA, which boasts a tropical fruit taste, a floral and fruit nose, with a light lemon bite to finish. It is brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Falconer’s Flight, and Warrior Hops.

Belgian quadrupels are a prized beer. This open-fermented quad is full of rich dried fruit and toffee-like flavors, perfect for pairing with fine cheeses and gamey meats.
