Using Belgian malts and American hops and yeast, LA-31 Bière Pâle is a distinct new style of beer. Traditionally brewed, we classify it as a Bière Pâle, or Louisiana Pale Ale. La Fin du Monde has a brilliant golden color with vigorously effervescent foam. It is midly yeasty with a complex palate of malt, fruit and spice notes followed by a smooth, dry finish. La Fin du Monde was developed through 18 months of research on a unique strain of yeast originating from Europe. It is brewed in honor of the intrepid European explorers who believed they had reached the “end of the world” when they discovered North America ‘the new world’. This triple-style golden ale recreates the style of beer originally developed in the Middle Ages by trappist monks for special occasions and as such it was the first of its kind to be brewed in North America.

La Grisette, meaning "little grey" in French, is a nearly extinct style of a Belgian farmhouse wheat ale. It is pale-coloured, low alcohol, refreshing and light, and brewed with acidulated barley that adds a crisp tartness to the finish. The term was also applied to the independent, unconventional young women who left their country lives to work in bohemian Paris at the turn of the 19th century. The word 'grisette' refers to a simple dress of gray fabric as well as the free-spirited women who wore them.

La Joufflue is a very thirst-quenching wheat beer brewed in the Belgian tradition. Unfiltered, its haze blended with its straw color is very inviting. The well-rounded taste of the raw grains is balanced by its subtle bitterness. Light beer La Joufflue is served with yeast Citrus and coriander flavors

Craft beer brewed with four malts blond and aromatic plants. It develops aromas of citrus and fruity on the palate. Traditionally brewed beer - available in 33 and 75 cl Unfiltered, unpasteurized pure malt  

It's name says it all, translating as "The Hoppy One." This IPA uses five different types of hops in different stages of the brew as well as two separate dry hop additions. La Lupulosa offers a great deal of hoppiness without being overly bitter, all while finding a pleasant balance with malt.

La Rubia is the lightest beer we brew. However, this beer does not lack in flavor. It has a nice crisp bitterness to it with a slight bready and sweet flavor. This beer is brewed for the beautiful hot weather we get here in Miami. La Rubia is a combinaion of German Pilsner Malts, British Crystal Malts, Czech Saaz Hops and German Ale Yeast. Making this beer a true American Blonde Ale.

Mixed Fermentation Tart Cherry Sour Ale

This scintillating golden ale boasts a rich, fruity, and fresh aroma. And a light malty and sweet taste. It has a soft bitterness with a friendly aftertaste. A well-balanced blend of complexity and simplicity. La Trappe Blond continues to ferment in the bottle.

"Discover this genuine dark Trappist beer with a gentle flavour, creamy head and pronounced bouquet. La Trappe Dubbel has a deep brown colour and attractive beige froth. The use of caramel malt gives it a gentle aromatic caramelised quality. It has a rich malty flavour with a touch of sweetness. Post-fermenting La Trappe Dubbel is a smooth drink, and yet has some real body and intense flavour to it.

Quadrupel is La Trappe’s heaviest ale with a stunning amber colour. Its warm and intense flavour is rich and finely balanced. Malty sweet, slightly burnt, and pleasantly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Quadrupel continues to ferment after bottling and offers aromas of banana, almond, vanilla and others.

The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

Labatt Blue Light was introduced in 1983 as a lower alcohol, lower calorie version of Canada's most popular brand. Blue Light uses specially selected North American aromatic hops and the same strain of lager yeast as the one used to produce Labatt Blue.
