Summer is a special time in Grapevine, Texas filled with fun and family activities, festivals and all around good times. Every Friday night over the calm of Lake Grapevine, we celebrate the summer with fireworks and with our friends. The parks surrounding the lake are filled with onlookers and the lake strewn with boats and kayaks affording a breathtaking view of the fire-lit sky. And nothing hits the spot like Lakefire, a refreshingly hoppy American rye pale ale, spicy with a slightly sweet maltiness balanced by a smooth hop finish and subtle fruit aroma. We make our Lariat Coffee Stout by adding Basecamp Espresso to our award-winning Hooligan Stout. The Basecamp Espresso is a smooth, rich, and balanced blend of four organic coffees from around the world specially roasted, blended, and brewed for us by Larait Coffee Roasters in Winthrop. Each coffee in this blend is individually roasted to preserve the unique flavor and aroma of each country of origin. This artisan blend is then slow-brewed to create a full-bodied, delicious complement to our Hooligan Stout.

Taking a path less traveled, this newcomer to the IPA arena likes to court your taste buds with its flirty aromatics and its raw, unfiltered, approach to big balanced American style IPAs. Showcasing the tropical and citrusy aromas of Mosaic hops, this unfiltered IPA delivers a lot of personality, character and flavour.

Jersey locals know that the best time of summer is actually the end of August into September. When the the bennys are leaving their beach houses, the water is warm, the surf is coming up, the corn is sweet and the tomatoes are ripe. Summer 2011 was about two more things for us, the commissioning of our brew house and a worldwide shortage of hops. Launch was born of months of exploratory hop teas, our favorites of which are here layered over a retrained malt bill, evoking those fresh-chopped herbs you add to a tomato salad to go with a grilled burger for no particular reason. Drink Launch because late summer evenings by the beach are cool.

American Light Lager brewed with flaked barley and flaked rice. This lager is clean and easy!

For this special brew we use an assortment of crystal malts and throw a little Belgian Candi into the Brew Kettle to give a hearty maltiness. Dry hopping with American Hops gives this English style a refreshing American twist. Be cautious with this beer as overindulgence can result in the shit hitting the fan.
