THE BEER: Kolsch is a light, malty German ale, brewed like a lager for maximum clarity and a bright, clean, refreshing taste. German Pilsner, CaraHell and Sauermalz, and French Special Aromatic malt. “Noble” Sterling and Tettenang hops give it just a hint of perfumy hoppiness to balance the malt-forwardness. THE STORY: A spectre is haunting Bainbridge Island, the spectre of Kolsch! Thousands of people each day ride the ferry to and from Seattle. Kommuter Kolsch is our gift to those grim, huddled masses, straining under the yoke of 35 minutes spent drinking coffee, checking their email, chatting with associates, and enjoying the view. Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Rich, dark chocolate and coffee

This is our verzon of a classic german style ale. Fermenting at a cooler temperature and cold aging give this beer a smooth clean taste that is all malt.

Kramah, shows off its hops muscles. We used an insane dose of highly fruity, aromatic hops, which gives the beer a strong aroma of mango, lychee, citruses and a bunch of other tropical fruits. The taste continues along this manner, then the elder components reveal themselves and continue into a bitterness that reminds one of biting into a fresh, juicy grapefruit. A very simple, yet effective combination of malts provides enough support so the bitterness does not rip out your tongue.

As tasty as the other Jacob wheat beers! Crystal clear, full-flavoured and mild.

Aroma; hops, sweet malts, straw. Off white head, some lacings, golden body. Taste; grassy hops, fruity grassy malts. Clean taste, with hops playing a modest but distinct role underneath all through the tasting. To palate clean, smooth, easy. Finishes half dry with grass, hops, some malts and grains, and not as shortlived finish as many non-alcoholic beers have.

Pale yellow, small head. Fruity vegetable aroma. Sweet and fruity with unclean vegetable flavour.

Golden yellow, darker than other Pilsen beers. Clear filtered. Bright, but not snow-white foam, maintains a while. The smell subtly sweetish malt - reminiscent of white bread. Solid, but not very aromatic hops also gets into the nose. Light malty Antrunk, a bit more malt than other 'television beers'. As in the smell slightly bready-grainy. Well balanced, very calmly. Moderately hopped in the finish, solid and flawless, but without frills and want to represent with little will learn about the standard.

The popular Krombacher wheat makes in this refreshing new interpretation of the classic for the full-bodied flavor. The perfect complement to this is the specially tailored to the fruity wheat flavor lemonade. Thus the two components combine into a mature, full-bodied, fresh taste experience. Beer Krombacher Weizen Alkofrei is good foaming light non-alcoholic unfiltered beer with authentic rich flavor and aroma of young wheat. Thanks unfiltered yeast particles Krombacher Weizen nonalcoholic has a characteristic opaque color. Before use, shake the recommended beer.

A special beer with a full flavour featuring malty notes, a golden yellow colour and understated, subtle hoppiness. There is a slight grassy fragrance to the aftertaste, which comes together with the sweet sensation left on the lips to make another sip irresistible. A well-balanced hoppy American style pale ale with a generous usage of fine 2 row pale and Crystal Malts. This beer is copper in color and is finished with fresh Cascade and Amarillo hops from the Pacific Northwest, which provide a wonderful floral aroma. This medium-bodied Porter is brewed with a unique blend of roasted malts and fresh hops. Chocolate, smoky notes are abundant throughout and the citrus aroma provides a refreshing twist to this old world beer style. Careful, it will grow on you!

Nothing but the name is “pale” about this beer! Nutty undertones created by the malts used in the brewing process play perfectly to the fruity hop character that invades and satisfies the palate. A classic pale ale that will soon be your favorite year round drink of choice!

Kulshan Porter is brewed in the Brown Porter style. Deep mahogany in color, the beer is topped with a rich mocha-colored head. The roasted barley aroma is accented with notes of coffee and chocolate. The flavor is smooth and silky with roasty-toasty grains blended with coffee, chocolate and a touch of toffee. The aftertaste is smooth and clean.

Kurofune is the word Japanese used to describe the American gunboats that came to open Japan to Western trade. Kurofune Porter is sleek and forceful, but leaves a winning bittersweet taste of chocolate and coffee on the tongue.

This is the pale, modern and familiar version of Bavarian Weissbier that became the style standard in the 1960’s. It’s easy to drink and refreshing with traditional fruity and aromatic esters that remind some of banana and clove.

RING BOLOGNA ONCE! RING BOLOGNA TWICE! WE’RE FROM KUUUUTZTOWN CHEEEEEZZZ THAT’S NICE!!!! If you grew up in our brewery’s hometown of Kutztown, PA you were raised cheering this chant, especially at local sporting events. A Kutztown Ring Bologna smoked Lager. In local hometown Pennsylvania-Dutch fashion we crafted a lager that is brewed with malts that we smoke overtop of Kutztown Ring Bologna, infusing traditional Pennsylvania Dutch flavors. Kutztown Lager is not an overly smoked Rauchbier. Instead the Lager is bright amber in color with a very subtle hint of smoke flavor delivered with a classic crisp lager mouthfeel.
