Emulating the lagers of the German city of Dortmund, this beer is golden, light and refreshing. Though this beer is light in color, it is still full in flavor and very thirst quenching. The main malt used to create this beer is imported pilsner malt. To complement these malts, a nice bittering is achieved with German lineage hops. Alcohol content is 4.9% . A rich bready flavor without an overwhelming body couples with a smooth balance of hops and crisp refreshing finish. Romancing the Cobblestone is perfect for the warm days and the cool evenings on the patio.

Named after one of the gnarliest creatures of all time, Rompo is red rye ale. The house yeast gives it a floral aroma while the flaked rye adds spice to the finish. This is our session brew and will keep you howling for more.

This recipe started as a homebrew clone of the beer Delirium Tremens, one of our favorites. The recipe was slightly tweaked and ramped up to commercial scale, to the delight of our guests every time it makes a return. This Belgian Golden Strong Ale features traditional phenolic and estery characters of Belgian yeast with a full body and long-lasting finish. Don’t worry, those pink elephants aren’t real.

Øllet er brygget på Thisted Bryghus med Christian Skovdal Andersen som gæstebrygger – den formentlig eneste gæstebrygger i Peter Klemensens funktionsperiode på Thisted Bryghus. Christian Skovdal Andersen er kendt for sin specielle humlingsmetode. Fusionen mellem Christian Skovdal Andersens humlingsmetode og Peter Klemensens stenølsproduktion håber begge på bliver succesfuld. Døm selv. Øllets bitterstofindhold er ca. 80 IBU.

Rooftop is a smooth, easy drinking beer that has a deep, natural red hue, derived from the use of some top grade specialty malts. Rooftop is packed with toffee, nut and caramel flavours with a lovely spicy hop note that makes it very 'session-able'.

Mahogany in color, Rook has a bold malt character with woody notes. Peat smoked malt creates a distinctive earthy Scottish flavor that complements English toffee notes. Ideally served at 50 - 55°F.

Citrus and floral hop flavors dominate this fragrant IPA. Rye malt contributes to a long, dry, mildly floral finish.

A malt first well hopped red ale. Rich flavor with an assertive North Shore hop-centric nose and finish

American 2-Row pale, Munich, Carapils and honey malts along with flaked barley comprise this brew’s complex grain bill. By contrast, only two workhorse hops - Sterling and Perle - do the heavy lifting on the lupulin side, but they do double duty with two hop additions each. The low hop levels keeps this big brew malt-balanced and easy to drink.
