This traditional style German Wheat beer (pronounced) Hah-fuh-vite-zen) remains unfiltered to preserve it's natural smooth flavor and aroma. Don't be alarmed by its cloudy appearance or noticeable sediment. The slight banana and clove aroma comes from the authentic German Hefeweizen yeast. It has a light refreshing finish.

Saranac Imperial IPA is part our new High Peak Series, a line of beers that are bigger, more complex and flavorful; beers that are meant to be sipped and savored. Saranac Imperial IPA is brewed with 10 different malts and 10 different hops to make a delectably flavorful and complex Imperial IPA.

Taking an India Ale to the next level, Saranac India Copper Ale has the malt backbone to carry the hoppiness you expect in an India Ale. Carefully selected malts from North America and Europe are decoction mashed to highlight their character and the brew is complimented with generous amounts of citrusy Columbus, Cascade and Centennial hops. Our Saranac Lake Effect Lager is a rich, malty, old school German lager, made with traditional German malts and hops and fermented with a lager yeast. Look for a rich but smooth malty taste, balanced by an impressive Hallertau hopping-A nice reward for enduring our winter months.

Bigger..Richer...Smoother, are all ways to describe a Marzenbier. Look for a toasted malt character balanced with slight hop bitterness. Marzenbiers are traditionally aged for months and unveiled to great celebration.

Saranac Octoberfest is a med-bodied, copper colored lager. It's rich, malty taste is subtly balanced by Saaz and Tettnang hops. The beer is aged slowly in the tradition of the Octoberfest beers of Munich.

Saranac Pumpkin Ale is brewed with Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Allspice, Cloves, Ginger and Vanilla. Look for a full-body and amber color. We're sure you'll enjoy this special brew!

Our Red IPA is a twist on a traditional west coast IPA featuring a deep red color from European dark caramel malts. We brew with generous amounts of American hops including Calypso, Palisade and Chinook to give this IPA a distinctive hop aroma. You'll notice a strong hoppy flavor with caramel malt undertones and a unique color that gives this IPA a whole new personality!

Our hand-crafted Saranac Root Beer is made in small batches in our own hometown Brewery. The flavor will take you to the fresh root beer taste from days-gone-by. We make our Saranac Root Beer with the best of ingredients – look for the fresh vanilla and licorice notes. A nice, spicy twist on the traditional European Pilsener. Rye malt adds dimension to what otherwise is a relatively simple brew.
