A Saskatoon Berry Saison SaskBerry is a luscious Saison with fresh, locally grown Saskatoon berries. The berries were added at the end of the fermentation process to allow for the most Saskatoon berry flavor and aroma. This softly hazy ale is balanced with a dainty, Belgian yeast and crisp, earthy, German malts. You won’t find a more refreshing beer on a beautiful summer day.

A heavy bodied BIG Imperial American Stout with a tan roasty head. This brew packs a punch of flavors ranging from chocolate, to coffee, to warm alcohols as you sip this delicious beverage.

A Wheat Wine is a Barley Wine strength beer that is made with a large amount of wheat in its grist. Wheat Wines are typically smoother than their Barley Wine cousins with the wheat exhibiting toasted, bready, and Bock-like malty richness. The Falconer's Flight hops used for bittering are balanced with the earthy and grassy Willamette and Brewer’s Gold Hops. Elegant, full-bodied maltiness with a balanced finish, this is a big beer with a little bite! Draft only!

The Native Americans had many beneficial uses of Sassamanash (cranberries). Following their lead, we aged this crisp Ale on a bog full of them. Enjoy this creative concoction!

Well, here is a unique and extremely quaffable brew from our pilot series. This brown ale at heart was brewed with sarsaparilla, sassafras root, wintergreen and a touch of vanilla to round out this sassy beast. Also, contains unfermentable milk sugar to give it a creamy and smooth body. It has a root beer quality, but at 5.6% ABV, it is definitely still a beer.

Our brand new, year-round brew! The second we looked at the recipe and said “That’s enough rye” -- we immediately doubled the amount. A peppery bite from the malt and plenty of alpha acid from the Glacier and Chinook hops all come together into a brew that we’re ecstatic to share with a certain type of people; people who love things that are awesome.

Flavor Profile: Citrus, Passionfruit, Barnyard Funk, Sake.

"Satchmo," is a collaboration between Smuttynose and Portsmouth's Black Trumpet Bistro. It's also a collaboration between two fungi, brewer's yeast (sacchromyces cerevisiae) and black trumpet mushrooms (craterellus cornucopioides). Why on earth would you put mushrooms in a batch of beer?

Real Louisiana Satsumas, golden wheat, oats and the finest barley create Abita Satsuma Harvest Wit. Pale and cloudy, like the haze on a hot summer day, this white beer has a sweet and subtle citrus flavor with a touch of spice that is cool and refreshing. Abita Satsuma Harvest Wit is very versatile and can compliment a number of dishes. This brew pairs well with salads, fish, shrimp and lobster, as long as the dishes are not too spicy. Thai dishes, which often have citric notes in their flavor profile, would also perfectly compliment the orange flavors in Abita Satsuma Harvest Wit.

In tribute to its namesake god of agriculture, SATURN celebrates a bountiful Pacific Northwest hop harvest. Ample malt sets the stage for this end-of-season party. Fresh Cascade and Centennial hops from Yakima Valley mingle with Belgian yeasts to impart abundant spice and earthiness.

A traditional German bock, this beer hits on our Sinners category due to it's drinkability, but packs a punch with it's higher gravity. This traditional German lager is on the sweeter side, with a crispness enjoyed by those who really know what lagers should taste like. Prost!
