This uplifting beer raises a classic British style to new heights
A hoppy ruby red ale at heart, this uplifting beer raises a classic British style to new heights. Sometimes it’s right to deviate from the normal, the average or the traditional. Sometimes it’s right to embrace the new, the exciting and the different.
Try our Beer and Cheese Soup recipe or drink this beer at a BBQ (or with a Sunday roast) when the malt and the meat will dance together on your tastebuds.
Citrus and floral notes from the aromatic New World hops perform a spectacular balancing act against the rich and robust smooth caramel and bready sweetness of the traditional English malts, before a long, moreish and crisp citrus finish leaves you gasping for more.
It's come to be known as our fifth regular beer. A little bit bolder than the Bhagwan, with a greater depth of hop character through extensive first wort hopping. It's got all the C hops stuff that we love, just more. O.G. 16.5, 6.4% ABV.
Drake’s interpretation of a Flanders style sour beer, aged in Chardonnay barrels from Wente in Livermore and inoculated with a blend of house souring cultures to get a mild tartness and traditional funk. The aroma of dark cherries, currants, wine and oak melts with a malt sweetness and Brett funk. On the tongue, the tartness is more apparent, hitting you first, but giving way to a pleasant malt sweetness with hints of cherry cola and Chardonnay.
Brad the Beekeeper gave us a huge 55-gallon drum of his fresh wildflower honey to cast this mead on the summer solstice - the actual solstice, which is June 21st. We work with the beautiful Val of Jorgensen’s farm to source our organic red raspberries, which we combine with marionberries and cherries, for surprisingly nuanced triple-berry melomel mead. And it should be ready to enjoy by the winter solstice... ‘Six months’, you say? It might seem like a while, but time is the priceless ingredient that makes things just right. And this one is worth the wait. Our dry version is strong on fruit and pairs with robust dishes.
This collaboration beer made with Chef Cleetus Friedman of Chicago's Fountainhead will save your soul and then melt your face off. Aromas of chamomile touch your nose as they lead into the soft body and mouthfeel of this liquid symphony. Just as your mind is clear and your sins are washed away, a tasty riff of sweet and earthy fresh apricots hit your palate and rock your tastebuds finishing dry and hoppy. Drink, rock, repeat.
A very refreshing offering for the summertime. This beer utilizes a unique strain of yeast that gives it a very distinct flavor profile. Light straw in color and a very balanced crispness is followed by a slight sweetness. Have a pint, load another one and take the scenic route today!
Scepter IPA is a hop monster that shows no mercy. Seven insane additions of different hops create an assertive hop aroma of tropical fruits and citrus followed by fresh flavors of mango, pineapple, grapefruit and even coconut throughout each sip. Backed by a medium body and pleasantly pale-gold colored, this beer is brewed with 2-Row and caramel malts that can stand up to a beast of hops.
Schadenfreude is a German word for shameful joy, taking pleasure in the suffering of others. Utilizing German Munich, Vienna and Caramunich malts this dark (dunkel) lager has a rich bread and toffee flavor balanced by a soft bitterness. Additional aging on toasted MN oak makes Schadenfreude a one of a kind Dunkel.
We’ve carved out a pumpkin Oktoberfest even Ichabod Crane would love. This hearty, malty lager is warmed by the mighty pumpkin and lifted with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, all-spice and ginger.
Brewed as a traditional Oktoberfest Lager, this beer sets itself apart from other pumpkin ales by being light and refreshing. Pumpkin is used in the mash along with traditional pumpkin pie spicing in the brew kettle.
3 Fonteinen Schaerbeekse Kriek is a special oude kriek bottling made exclusively with young lambic and wild Belgian Schaerbeekse cherries. The lambic and cherries are aged together for four months before bottling. Though 3 Fonteinen's official website lists Schaerbeekse Kriek as 8% ABV, it is labeled as 6% ABV. Schaerbeekse Kriek is bottled in 750ml bottles and is available both in Europe and North America.
In Europe, the labels read "Oude Kriek van Sckaerbeekse Krieken - 35%". This is not an indication that 35% of the cherries in the beer are Sckaerbeekse cherries. Rather, this is because the beer has 210g/l of cherries (35% of the 600L barrel are cherries).

Schatzie is a German term of endearment. It was also the brewer’s beloved black lab, a true beer-hound! This crisp, light bodied and malty German Pilsner is a tribute to “Schatzie pup”. Brewed in January and lagered for more than 3 months, this seasonal beer is worth the wait.

Our stout is a dark and silky treat. It’s a delicious balance of robust roasted coffee flavors and creamy, chocolatety malt sweetness. Its velvety smoothness finishes dry like dark chocolate. Try this one for dessert paired with chocolate cake and our stout ice cream.
