On November 17th, 1989, John McDonald loaded a keg of Boulevard Pale Ale into the back of his pickup and drove to a restaurant a few blocks down the street. Scarcely 24 hours later and 650 miles away Doug Odell loaded a keg of Odell Golden Ale into the back of his pickup and... you get the idea. They were the first kegs of beer either of them ever sold, but they wouldn't be the last. This golden copper ale celebrates 25 years of brewing with an ample body of caramel-toffee malt balanced by piney hop notes. Here's a toast to working hard and sticking with it. Cheers!

An intelligently smooth “Black Wit” a new black wheat styled beer. Silky and soft in the mouth and incredibly easy to savour at all times. (4% alcohol) For the enjoyment of “Mercy” Inspired by the Honey Badger an animal with cunning intelligence. The honey badger has high economic importance to the farmers. Being omnivorous it preys on a wide variety of prey from disease carrying rodents to destructive insects. It also kills poisonous snakes. It has an intriguing relationship with the honey guide. The bird will lead the honey badger to the beehive and wait for the animal to expose the desired larvae and wax for the honey guide to consume. A secretive and nomadic animal with a wide range which extends outside protective areas where it is heavily persecuted by beekeepers and traditional medicine hunters. It is killed in an inhumane way through gin traps and poisoning.

This Stout has a nice coffee roast flavor. Rich and robust. High Gravity (watch yourself on this one).

Simcoe is one of the most popular American hops. Its characteristic pine and citrus aroma make it a staple of American IPA's. This hop requires a delicate balance however. Overuse in dry-hopping can create very unpleasant flavors. This beer was designed to provide a rich, malty mouthfeel using Vienna and Munich malts. This helps round out the hop flavors, providing a light sweetness to complement the citrus. Hops were added in equal parts to the kettle and dry hop to create more depth to the flavor.

Light bodied, extra drinkable pale ale hopped and dry-hopped with all Simcoe hops.

An IPA that showcases the dual purpose of Simcoe hops. Frothy head, golden yellow in color. Piney resinous with a light fruity fragrance. A touch of malt sweetness that balances the pine-like hop flavors. Brewed with Simpson Maris Otter, Crisp Pilsner malt, Simcoe hops and our proprietary English yeast strain.
