Sidra Natural Riestra is a traditional unfiltered, still cider with fruity aromas and the characteristic acidity and tannin of Spanish and French apples that demand pairing with cured cheese and meats. Store cool, shake before opening to dissolve natural sediment and splash into a wide-mouth glass one swig at a time.

A full bodied, malt-accentuated amber lager, best described as Biergarten Marzen. Double decocted from German Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts with several kettle additions of Nobel hops. We have re-worked this family favorite many times over the years and of the 20 or so recipes created it was "number seven or Sieben” in German that was selected by our diverse tasting panel as the best of the best.

Dry hopped American-style pale ale with Cascade, yielding a refreshing citrus/pine aroma and hop flavor

We’re exploring the roots of Germany’s famous Oktoberfest beers. Each year, we partner with a different German brewer to explore a different approach to the style. This year we’re working with Bamberg, Germany’s Mahrs Bräu on a new version of the classic style. This authentic version of the festival beer is deep golden in color with a rich malt complexity, but with a noticeable spicy hop character from the use of the nearly forgotten Record hop varietal.

Who is Sif, you say? According to Norse mythology, Sif is a goddess and none other than the wife of Thor. Thor is regarded as the god of thunder, rain and farming and is often depicted with his large hammer, named Mjolnir, with which he protected mankind. So what does Sif have to do with the beer you’re drinking? Sif was a blonde haired beauty, the goddess of grain and embodies the essence of our blonde ale, brewed to a light straw color, displaying the flavors of bread and grain. We add two late additions of hops to bring forth the light citrus aroma. What better way to name a beer than after the Norse goddess?

Springtime in the Rockies means one thing, a chance of anything! Snow, wind, sun, rain, warm, cold and everything in between is possible. It’s unsettled, unpredictable, and exciting – just like our Signal de Botrange, made in the tradition of the farmhouse beers of the Wallonia region of Belgium. Eclectic, funky and a true original, Signal, is aged for twelve months in Napa Valley Chardonnay barrels, giving it flavor and aroma notes of Chardonnay wine, oak, acidity, and subtle floral hops. The mouthfeel is light, refreshing and dry with a medium to light body.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Black Sour Ale with Coffee and Vanilla Silencio is a sour black ale artuflly aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. The addition of Madagascar vanilla beans and El Silencio coffee from local Mountain Air Roasting culminates in a complex and elevated sour ale.

Aromas of rich chocolate and roast in the nose, we brewed our Porter with the idea of a session version of a Russian Imperial stout in mind. A complex blend of 9 types of malt form a dessert like blend of chocolate, roast and caramel flavour while still finishing on the light and dry side.

Invite friends, stoke the fire, and uncork a bottle of indulgence. Silent Night offers a coffee aroma and the taste of an execeptionally rich malty flavor. Robust yet smooth and black as coal, each sip is a delightful gift. Old man winter gave you just what you were hoping for.

Crafted in the American style using 2-row pale and crystal malts. Generously hopped, this ale utilizes Cluster and Cascade hops. Look for a rich, spicy, fruity hop bouquet and a smooth, full flawte with a crisp dry finish.

Silly Friar is the first of our Abbey Series of Trappist-inspired beers. Our enkel (or single) resembles the Belgian pale ales that would often be part of a monk's lunch and have generally fallen out of favor beyond monastery walls with the proliferation of stronger Trappist styles. Our Silly Friar uses a hefty amount of European and aged hops, but focuses primarily on the malt profile; strong bready and cracker notes give way to a dry, super malty finish with a touch of yeast funk. Enjoy it with lunch, or on its own for a delicious, refreshing Belgian-inspired treat.
