Beautifully crisp and light golden blonde ale in the style of a German Kolsch. A suggestion of fruit and malt in the aroma and just a kiss of noble German hops for balance make for a very refreshing and easy-drinking pint. In a world gone mad stretching the limits of beer flavor and bitterness and strength... behold- "normal" beer!

This is a French-style saison. Saisons are a farmhouse style of beer, rustic in character and the yeast imparts lots of spicy notes. It is very dry and refreshing.

When you're seeing red, don't react in violence but take a moment to contemplate over this Imperial Red Ale. Hopped with Citra hops, the toasty malts of this ale are finished with a delightfully bright bitterness.

Six String Saison is our non-traditional take on the Franco-Belgian style farmhouse ale. Higher in alcohol and slightly sweeter than it’s uber-dry counterpart, Six String Saison could be described as an Imperial or Double Saison. It is brewed with the highest quality Belgian Pilsen Malt and European hops, but its real flavor comes from the yeast. Fermented at slightly higher temperatures than our other beers, our Belgian yeast strain produces complex flavors ranging from peach and banana to clove and black pepper.

There are some things a description just can’t do justice for. Some things you simply have to experience. A rollercoaster ride; catching a trout on a dry fly; a game at Wrigley Field; love. Columbus Common is Ohio’s only craft beer which shares proceeds with those less fortunate in our community. Because beer is good, but beer for good is better.

The Vision Behind Our Barrel Aging and Blending Program Is Still the Same! The Goal: To create complexity centering on oak, in a multitude of forms, by brewing high gravity beers in complementary styles, aging them in different barrel formats and then blending them together to achieve harmonious new flavors. The Puzzle: To blend these various components (or lots) to create a synergistic whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. This is done with the help of a few of our neighboring Paso Robles winemakers who are practicing experts in the art of blending. The Inspiration: Firestone Walker’s oak brewing tradition and our connection with winemaking. Of course until the advent of stainless steel, brewing was intimately linked to wood barrels and vessels. Brewing has a deeply rooted history in the alchemy of blending. The Barrels The individual lots were aged in oak barrels, many of which were hand selected from premium Kentucky spirits producers by Tom Griffin, who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about bourbon barrels and beer. Each barrel lends its own unique influence to the final blend. The Aging Cellar – The Components We blended together 226 oak barrels and 8 different beers creating something truly complex and exceptional.

Twice the amount of hops as our Eight Point IPA. Light bronze in color with tons of citrus & piney hop notes. Hopped with Centennial Columbus and Simcoe hops.

A take on IPA like no other! Deep gold, with crazy tropical fruit aromas from the combination of the experimental hop BRU-I and the kettle souring process.

A dark Chocolate hue, with a robust body. The hand smoked malt adds a great aroma and taste. Light the bonfire and enjoy.

This giant boot will leave a permanent hop stamp on your tongue. Brewed once yearly. Sold in 750ML capped bottles and on tap at the STB tap room.

Gulpener Sjoes, who wants to taste the real Limburg. The combination of our classic Pilsner and Oud Bruin is Gulpener Sjoes. A beer like the perfect blend. A little bitter to keep you sharp and sweet aftertaste for even more fun. That makes our Sjoes the favorite of our region. Really Limburg!

This Blonde Ale is a refreshing, thirst quenching beer that is perfect for a hot Okanagan day. Using different hops each year will give this ale a distinct flavour and unique aroma. The addition of white wheat malt and German Ale yeast create a body that is soft and delicate with a crisp, dry finish. Skaha Lake is one of the freshwater lakes that surround Penticton in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Time honoured summer traditions such as rock climbing and cliff diving have made the Skaha Bluffs world famous.

Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout A Bellwoods take on spiced rum, this imperial stout was aged for a year in rum barrels with a melange of ginger, all spice, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, and juniper berries. What has emerged is a refined, smooth, warming, and lethally delicious spiced stout that’ll induce sharp pangs of nostalgia long after your final bottle is empty. And though it’s our highest alcohol beer to date, you’ll find the beauty is in the balance.
