Our first bottled release with subsequent ever-changing iterations. Big, bright tropical fruit hop character against a backdrop of sweet caramel and malt, with smooth pronounced bitterness and hints of wood and cognac-y booze. Best enjoyed after winning a street fight, whilst wearing nipple clamps and taken as a suppository.

Sky Burial is a Belgian dark strong ale aged on bourbon barrels, dry hopped with Simcoe.

Sky Pilot Kellerbier is an unfiltered continental Pilsner. Our Kellerbier which literally means “cellar beer,” balances moderate bitterness and noble-type hop aroma and flavor with a malty, slightly sweet, medium body. Gold Medal Winner – GABF 2006

Our Skyline Lager is a great gateway into the world of craft beer. Although low in bitterness, our lager has a great noble hop aroma and subtle pilsner malt notes. This beer is a truly refreshing light beer that is perfect for any occasion.

Considered the “flagship bridge” of Florida, the Sunshine Skyway stretches 431 feet at its peak, and is over four miles long, connecting St. Petersburg to Terra Ceia through Hillsborough County waters. The impressive structure was recognized on The Travel Channel as #3 in their “Top 10 Bridges” in the World special. Equally as beautiful to behold is our hop forward American Pale Ale, packed with four different varieties of US grown hops for a citrusy and pine-like flavor.

American Pale Ale deep copper in color with a hint of citrus from the hops. Carmel Malts give some complexity while retaining the easy drinkability of this beer.

This magically charming Irish Red Ale is a fine fusion of English hops, roasted barley & oats. A smooth upfront sweetness of caramel & toffee provides balance to an earthy yet subtle hop bitterness. Well balanced & easy drinking with a smooth dry finish. SLAINTE!

Slam Dunkel was a small batch release in 2007. We had such an overwhelming response that we had to put it in the seasonal rotation. We also decided we couldn’t live without drinking this beer every year! This 7% Double Dunkelweizen is unfiltered and made with over 50% wheat malt along with pale, munich, and a touch of chocolate to give it the traditional color and flavor. Bitterness is subdued to allow the Weihenstephen yeast to shine through with those traditional notes of banana and clove. Available in March in bottles and draft. Put together various wheat malts, a classic German yeast, mostly adhere to the Rheinheitsgebot and you got yourself a Slam Dunkelweizen! A Slightly more seductive and deeper version of its more popular counterpart the Hefeweizen, Slam Dunkelweizen is like a piece of banana bread with honey and chocolate chips!

Slammin Bones is a Northeastern style India Pale Ale brewed for our friends at Union Beer Store in Little Havana. Loads of Citra and Columbus hops with the addition of wheat and oats create a smooth and juicy ale.

This unfiltered Triple IPA pours a hazy golden yellow hue. Strong citrus, grapefruit, peaches and tropical fruit notes hit the nose. Noticeably drinkable for a big beer.

Deep red in color with a sweet, caramelly aroma. Complex malt flavors and a very subtle smokiness end with a crisp, hoppy finish.
