Our seasonal, Auburn, Centennial winter ale. Refreshing and sessionable, our deep auburn brew packs a moderate bitterness with seasonal flavor. We add just the right amount of Centennial hops, flavor, and aroma to compose this much-anticipated new release!

Brewed with cardamom & orange peel, this is Vivant's take on a wit beer. Crushable in that easy drinking sense, you'll find a subtle warmth from the spice presence. Low esters (aroma) give way to a crisp sip. Perfect for a long day on the slopes...or merely sitting at the bar.

Our ship's beer looks to the forgotten tradition of Scandinavian table beers. This smoky old style was brewed to sustain hardy Danish seafarers. Brewed with rye, as well as a combination of smoked malts.

Pours with a light beige head on a dark amber beer. Aroma is of smooth malt along with a smoky background leading to a mouthful of deep, roasted malt flavor. Ends long and smooth with a sweet malt aftertaste.

An easy drinking hoppy American pale ale, Skimpy Sparrow is another edition in our "Small Bird Series" of lower ABV offerings brewed for the summer. The nose is an intense, complex fusion of pineapple, grapefruit pith, and woodsy hop aromatics. Citrus rind, grape jam, and lemon fill out the flavor profile, with a firm and long-lasting bitterness. Very dry and effervescent, light to medium bodied.

This India Session Ale is a duel hop beer showcasing Mosaic and Citra hops. Brewed with pale and pilsner malts, it’s light bodied and golden in color. Perfect to quench your summer thirst!

Ever tried a Skinny Dip? You wouldn't be alone. Featured by both Men's Journal and the Today Show as a favorite summer brew, this full-bodied, highly drinkable beer makes a splash every summer in our Seasonal line-up. Cascade hops frolic with a hint of lime leaf, giving the beer complexity that's surprisingly refreshing.

Our Hefeweizen is a faithful version of the traditional Bavarian wheat beer. Hefe is the German word for 'yeast' and weizen means 'wheat'. This beer is made with 40% wheat malt and is brewed with a special yeast that tends to stay in suspension, giving the beer its cloudy appearance. Bavarians are so convinced of the healthful qualities of this yeasty brew that doctors there are known to prescribe two Hefeweizens a day to feeble patients. The yeast used for this brew also imparts its unique spicy, clovey flavour. Some people even detect a light banana flavour. All of these wacky flavours are the natural 'signature' left by this specific yeast strain during its fermentation of the beer and no additional spices are added.

Schwartz Weizen Dopplebock. Black color & full bodied. Complex dark malt flavors blended with fruity & spicy weizen yeast notes. The name was born from a highly evolved literary conversation; then a beer was formulated to do it justice.

Skull Splitter is our strongest ale: which is named after Thorfinn Einarsson who was the 7th Viking Earl of Orkney. Sophisticated, satiny smooth with a deceptively light character, it is a tribute to our colourful forbear. On the nose, this strong beer has a fruity malt character, with hints of dark fruit, spicy hop, dates and figs. On the palate, rich and complex with sweet toasted malt, molasses, fresh and dried fruit and hints of warming spices.

This beer has been hopped to Hell and back. Melding the pithiness of Citra with the evergreen character of Simcoe and high Alpha bitterness of Nugget hops to create a well rounded hop bomb.

Drawing on the legend of the Sleeping Giant and Silver Islet, our cold weather offering is not brewed to be avoided and make you turn back to shore. In keeping with our other daily drinking beers, our Skullrock Stout is imminently drinkable pint after pint, even for stout first timers. Slightly sweet with a richly roasted grain and chocolate flavour the oats make their presence known in the uniquely smooth silkiness of our beer. The Skullrock’s profile is complex with 6 different malts and toasted oats, and balanced by a single aromatic English hop addition. Enjoy our oatmeal stout from fall through winter.

Skully Barrel No.11, a Sour Red Ale, is inspired by Belgian red ales. This beer spent over 18 months aging and re-fermenting in French oak wine barrels using the proprietary wild yeast and souring bacteria blend distinct to Paradox Beer Company. Its flavor is moderately sour, with complex wild character and deep notes of oak. This scarlet-hued beauty is ripe for immediate drinking, but will mature splendidly in the years to come.
