Slippery Slope is one smooth, wintery ride. Our full-bodied ale uses crystal malt and generous amounts of Cascade hops in the kettle, we then dry hop the finished beer with more Cascade, Citra and Tettnangs to produce a well-balanced seasonal ale. So, whether your slippery slope is a mountain or a sidewalk, this ale makes an excellent companion.

Beer partner to Stuart stout, this stout is quite different, yet equally as bold. We used the same yeast used to make Guinness and tried to mimic the water profile of Dublin, Ireland to create our own interpretation of a dry stout, a style that Guinness has made ever so popular. Sloan stout has a bold roast character, like the Stuart, but it has a drier finish, featuring the roast character and malts much more. The yeast also kicked off some subtle fruity notes complementing its roasty character. A great beer where the roast and malt character stand for themselves, as they should in a dry stout.

Sloop Solstice is light in body, yet intricate in flavor. The combination of hops, barley, wheat, and a Belgian-style yeast adds to the beers complexity. This beer is refreshing enough to drink on a sunny day, but versatile enough to drink during any season of the year.

A full-bodied red ale with a big piney hop kicker at the finish. Red in color with a perfect blend of five malts and a blast of Horizon hops, Slope Style is a hearty, cold weather IPA that's off the rails!

Porter

To move in a SLOTH like fashion… not necessarily something to which one may aspire, but this delicious Brown Ale pours a deep brown and shows a nice creamy head. The term Brown Ale was first used by London brewers in the late 1600s to describe their products and later segued into Brown Ale due to the style of fermentation. Our Brown is medium-bodied and has a toasted, nutty maltiness. As always, drink responsibly, or too much of our SLOTH will make you move very slowly, or perhaps just inert on your couch.

The Florida Brewers Guild has been a catalyst for growth of Florida’s craft beer industry since its inception in 1996. The guild helps brewers around Florida band together to fight for legislation that helps our collaborative industry continue to grow. This collaboration brew, and others of its kind that will arise, is a tribute and fundraiser for our friends at the FGB. We like to think of it as an attaboy in a bottle.
