Instead of being a pork chop in a can, it’s more like tiramisu in a glass! The Story: Our good buddy, Sparky, with whom we often trek into the woods to listen to music, requested a coffee chocolate stout as payment for a solid pecan pig chopping board he made for Larry. Sparky is an amazing woodworker, among other things, and delivered the coolest pig chopping board ever made! This beer was designed to be as interesting as our friend and can be enjoyed in many venues. Of course, it can be a breakfast or dessert beer but we like to drink it in front of a bonfire while listening to our favorite local bands and doing a little Sparky jig.

Hibiscus Gose Curious brewers sometimes add flowers and junk to their beer to see what'll happen. What they find out is those flowers will add a sweet note and stunning pink color to an otherwise tart and salty beer.

Conceived as an American interpretation of the classic Belgian Triple, Sparkling Ale combines notes of cloves, honey and dried fruits from a blend of two Abbey-style yeast strains with citrusy hops from the Pacific Northwest to offer a heady, fragrant mix. These aromas are enhanced by an effervescent carbonation, while a degree of residual malt sweetness serves to balance the complex array of flavors.

In England, sparkling cider was traditionally the poor man’s Champagne – dry, crisp and fruit driven. Ours is made from a blend of jonagold and granny smith apples. We use many of the techniques you’d use to make fine sparkling wines: oxidative juice handling, fermentation temperatures that retain fruit flavours but maximise texture, lees stirring, some use of old oak and secondary fermentation in bottle or keg.

Apple aroma and flavor are balanced with a touch of acidity in our sessionable cider. Drier and tarter than our common cider with a subtle cherry flavor.

A very light bodied ale, with a strong asparagus aroma. A hazy straw colored body with earthy, nutty, and sweet notes imparted by real asparagus. Real lemon peel adds a slight brightness to the flavor profile.

Dark gold color, light to medium body. Rich mango and kumquat-like fruity aroma with earthy undertones. Mild caramel maltiness balances a tart, peppery finish. Unfiltered and hazy with lacy head brings out the complex aromas. Hops include Motueka, Styrian Golding and an experimental and as yet unnamed hop variety from the Segal Hop farm in Washington known currently as “#7272”.

Sharp's Special was first brewed by Bill Sharp in 1996 to indulge local demand for a lavish, strong beer that would fulfil and satisfy during the testing Cornish winter. Still brewed to the original recipe Special is now revered by connoisseurs as one of the world's finest Special bitters, a reputation recently enhanced by the Special's acheivements in some of the world's most prestigous brewing competitions.

Special 608 is a Belgian style amber ale brewed with wild flower honey, lemon peel, orange peel and coriander.

Known at the brewery as Leinenkugel Special Ale, this beer is not sold under this name, but as a house brand at various restaurants and bars across the land.
