Tasked with bringing cake to our 7th anniversary party, Miracle Mike needed to destroy the laser beam shooting pastries that menace him. He appears to have "borrowed" the birthday surprise from a young wizard who did not die. Dry hopped with seven hops (Idaho 7, Mosaic, Citra, Ella, Galaxy, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin) this IPA salutes the industry and our customers. Thank you for a wonderful seven years!

Grainy Bread, Subtle Hops, Rustic Yeast

Three, two, one, blast off! Strap in and space your face with this super juicy Double IPA. This brew prominently features Galaxy, Citra and Cascade hops balanced by two row and caramel malts.

A nicely balanced IPA dry-hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe hops; back notes of grapefruit and slight lingering sweetness.

It was 1962 and the world came to Seattle for the World’s Fair and its futuristic symbol, the Space Needle. The beer served at the ‘62 World’s Fair nothing at all like this west coast style IPA, generously brewed with five varieties of Yakima Valley aroma and flavoring hops. We then dry hop it with whole-cone Columbus, Summit and Centennial hops, which impart a floral aroma that has catapulted this beer to one of Pike Brewing customer’s favorite IPA’s. HISTORY Over 100 beer enthusiasts gathered at the famous Space Needle in 2012 to taste beers from a dozen local breweries. Their goal – find the one most evocative of the Northwest beer culture and capable of commemorating the iconic building’s 50th anniversary. We’re honored that Pike’s Space Needle Golden IPA took home the honors that day and has been turning heads and pleasing palates ever since.

This Double IPA may not unlock all the secrets of this universe, but it will show you what lies beyond the palate, with a generous reaping of mosaic hops, sure to take you on the ride of your afterlife.

Rich Coffee and chocolate flavors dominate this opaque working class Ale. Stout’s extreme popularity among the British factory workers of the 1800’s may qualify it as the fuel for the Industrial Revolution. "By the time you get it, you’re too far out."

Brewed with well water, locally malted barley from Blacklands Malt, raw Texas wheat, hops, and lime salt. We fermented it in stainless steel with our mixed culture of brewers yeast, native yeast, and native bacteria. We then blended it with Montmorency vs. Balaton, our barrel aged sour beer refermented with cherries at a ratio of about twelve to one (farmhouse ale to MvB).

We brewed Spacetown Pale Ale to honor the citizens of Derry and the celebrated history of the town. As a NH Craft Beer brewery, we brew beers that we like to drink and that NH residents can be proud of. The light-bodied malt profile allows the citrus hop flavor to really shine in this beer. Brewed with a touch of Pilsner malt and Wheat, this is a nice crisp beer for summer and the rest of the year.

Hola, friend. Spanglish is our rendition of a Mexican lager. Brilliant y golden in appearance, this cerveza will truly take the edge off these caliente dias. Malta forward con hoppy nariz, this lager is light in body y balanced con a crisp refrescante finish.

Hugely popular in the the Pacific Northwest, Spank Dog Pale Ale is bronze-colored and imparts a powerful dry finish from the addition of cascade and crystal hops. Dry hopped in the fermenter and served filtered.
