Top fermented beer which undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle. It draws inspirations from the Belgian Saisons. It is surprisingly spicy due to the use of wild flowers, chamomile, coriander, green peppercorn and ginger. Deep gold with orange highlights, it has exceptionally floral and spicy aromas. It finishes with a quenching dryness and an earthy bitterness. It is an ode to spring. A journey through forests and dales, a hymn of hope for the day to come This beer is particularly dear to me. I envisioned it while I was training at Birrificio Italiano (an Italian brewpub) during the spring of 2006. I was extremely excited, I could feel the dream that I had long held in my heart about to come true. Every morning I used to say “This is a new day” and since the first blossoms on the trees were enunciating the coming of spring, I decided to brew a beer to honor the season, rebirth and new beginnings. To express my vision I decided on a Saison because it is a beer strongly connected to the land. (Saisons are traditionally brewed by the farmers of the Hainaut region in Belgium.) Although choosing the beer was simple, selecting the herbs and spices was surprisingly difficult. I wanted both to recall the scent of a blooming field and create a fresh, intriguing and easy to drink beer. In order to achieve the right balance of herbs and spices, I remember drinking herbal infusions every day during that winter. I had no doubt on the name. I called it “New Morning” after Bob Dylan’s song about the awe for life and nature’s marvels.

Mahogany-colored Extra Special Bitter ale comprised of English Marris Otter, Crystal, and just a touch of chocolate malt. Smooth drinking and sessionable with a comlex malt body and spicy floral hop snap in the finish.

What mixture could be more successful than that between an apple and a white beer? Lefèbvre brewery is situated in the midst of splendid orchards and was therefore expected to come up with a fresh and refreshing product. This became a mixture of a top quality white beer and the juice from apples from the orchard. Thus an original drink was born which leaves no one indifferent. Drinking under an apple tree is allowed...as long as it is a really refreshing experience.

This style of beer is classified as an American Brown Ale. The focus is on the malts and hops used during the brewing process. Our version comprises a complex mix of malts and is moderately hopped. The aroma and flavor is malty and roasty. It ends with a mild hop finish.

Wheat, barley, and rye join to give Nico a mouthfeel and depth like no other wheat beer available. A big rocky white head surges as you pour your pint, followed by the rich color – shades of amber and tan. Caramel and toasted, nutty aromas engage your nose, while your pallet is greeted with an effervescent cleansing effect followed by the wheat and rye flavors. Finish is clean, with a light hop bitterness.

Dark and luxurious like a midnight dip in the warm gulf waters off St. Pete Beach. Rich and Roasty with a hint of chocolate. Both this porter, and a night swim, are best enjoyed with a friend.

This creamy nitrogen conditioned version of Troll Porter is velvet smooth and chocolatey, slightly sweet with great dark malt flavors. The added use of several varieties of caramel malts help achieve a complex roundness. Great with food or on its own.

Nimptopsical is a celebration of all things malt. This beer is created with 5 different varieties of malt to produce an incredibly complex flavor profile that yield flavors of toffee, burnt sugar, toasted bread, and overripe fruit. Finished with a healthy portion of East Kent Golding hops from England, the beer has a balanced bitterness and a subtle herbal/fruity hop character. At 7.3%ABV, Nimptopsical gives you a gentle warming that demands respect. The name “Nimptopsical,” comes from Ben Franklin’s 1737 book, “The Drinker’s Dictionary” as a synonym used to describe someone that has had too much to drink.

Colorado resides over a large portion of the Niobrara formation. TheNiobrara is important for a couple reasons, the chalk, which stout water requires, and the black liquid energy, which stouts resemble. Available on the nitro faucet (most of the time) this stout has the chocolate, coffee flavors you’re craving when a stout is on your mind. Too many different malts to list and a couple varietals of hops balance this stout well.

A smooth, easy-drinking Blonde Ale with a slightly sweet malt body and a crisp, hop finish.

A Founders take on a classic style, brewed with a generous amount of flaked oats, chocolate malt, roasted barley and a healthy helping of Nugget hops, Founders Oatmeal Stout is nitrogen-infused to give it an extra smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Our dry-hopped Pale Ale takes on a completely different attitude when infused with nitrogen. The medium body and malty sweetness remain strong, with an intensified creaminess that gives the citrus of the Cascade hops a smooth allure all its own.

Our tart and refreshing homage to raspberries, Rubaeus, is softened up and rounded out with the infusion of nitrogen. The smooth, creamy mouthfeel gives the assertiveness of the raspberries a moment to linger on the tongue, bringing out a deeper, more complex richness to the beer. Brewed with pale wheat malt and crystal hops to allow the raspberries to shine; this is a fantastic way to enjoy Rubaeus year-round.

Belgian inspired wheat ale with clove and subtle fruit notes from Belgian yeast.

This English-Style Brown Ale is dark brown in color. Its smooth and drinkable character has notes of chocolate and biscuits with a slight nuttiness in the finish. There is very little hop bitterness or aroma.

Pants are undeniably a constraining piece of material that sings songs of boredom and monotony. Why do we wear ‘em? Who knows.
