Our Oak Aged Imperial Red has intriguing aromas of oak and mocha. Creamy malt flavors of caramel and chocolate create a complex flavor balanced with hop bitterness.

This cider means business. A filtered, dry cider aged on oak, Oaks of Wrath is as classically American as John Steinbeck himself. Its heart is pure, its ABV is high, and its wrath is sweet. Just don’t get on its bad side.
Refreshingly balanced & flavorful, our Amber Ale pairs wonderfully with a variety of foods while holding its own as a session beer. Brewed with five malts and three hop varieties, the Amber is a lovely table beer for new and experienced craft beer drinkers.
Not your traditional brown ale. This is a big, bad, bold brown. It’s the intersection of a cabernet and an IPA. Or, say, 19th and Broadway. A blend of three oaks added during fermentation creates a red wine-like structure. California Cascade hops bring the local flavor that goes from roasted and bitter on first swig to a soulful, chocolate finish. Generally speaking, not for wussies. But who are we to say?
Designed as a flavorful session beer, Oarsman Ale uses a classic German brewing technique to impart a light, refreshing tartness. Oarsman Ale grew out of a desire to explore the tradition of session beers, trading intensity for finesse while still creating a worthwhile experience for the taster. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while light hopping lend citrus & herbal notes to the aroma. Fermented with Bell's house ale yeast, Oarsman comes in at 4.0% alcohol by volume. Rather than being the dominant flavor note, the tartness in Oarsman takes on more of a palate-cleansing role, making it perfect with meals or purely on its own.
Oasis is a Double ESB/IPAish beer that came about from playing around with one of Jeff’s favorite homebrew recipes. Here at Tallgrass we love malt and we love hops, and this beer has both of them in record quantities; well, at least records for our baby brewery.
At a hefty 7.2% ABV and 93 IBU, Oasis is a big beer that has to be priced a bit higher than our regular line of beers. We think that once you taste the over-the-top hops and surprisingly sturdy malt backbone you will realize why it’s worth it.
Definitely not a fruit-extract seasonal shandy, this beer is meant to be enjoyed on the back porch, the front porch, or even on the stoop. What's a stoop? Well, it's a good place to drink beer, is what it is.
Our Oatmeal Stout pours dark brown with a tan colored head. You’ll smell and taste chocolate, raisins, and roasted malts with just a hint of a bitter finish. Lovely, creamy & overall delicious.

A central Texas take on the classic American style, Ranger Creek OPA is an American Pale Ale at heart that has new dimensions of flavor imparted by oats. It has smooth, sweet, and toasty malt flavors with an underlying creamy nuttiness from the oats. The malt profile is balanced nicely by U.S. grown Centennial and Amarillo hops. The nose and finish are full of toasted coconut, pineapple, lime zest, apricot, and herbaceous spice.
A unique Highland creation, this robust beer is black in color, very malty with hints of chocolate-roasted flavor and a well balanced hop character.
This style was born on the docks of the Thames of London where dock workers or porters delighted in the strong dark ales brewed by the local pubs with roasted malts. This gave rise to the name by which this style is still known. A porter was traditionally served with oysters, the least expensive food available to the dock workers. Highland Brewing has taken this style a step farther with the addition of a judicious amount of flaked oatmeal which helps attain the smooth silky character of our porter.
This hearty dark ale with pleasing hints of molasses and chocolate is robust and full bodied. Fresh rolled oats compliment the brew by creating a nice silky texture and a creamy, rocky head. This style originally was a blend of three different beers that was called “Entire Butt” – we’re not kidding! Porter became a style of its own during the early 1700’s when it was the favorite drink of the porters in the produce markets of London, England.
Smooth, creamy and mildy sweet with hints of chocolate and coffee flavors. GABF gold medal winner 1992, 1993, 1995; silver medal winner 1997, 2006. Approx. 6% alc/vol.
Rich and creamy, this beer is a mouthful that can satisfy any beer lover. The flavor is chocolatey, roasty, and reminiscent of coffee with cream. The oatmeal provides a luscious body while the roasted character helps create a clean finish.
Our Oatmeal Stout first hits your nose with an aromatic blend of raw oats, chocolate, and roasted malts. A black ruby hue and thick creamy off white head make this stout one you will never forget. Best served at 55ºF in a pub or pint glass.
Rich, round and roasted, our Oatmeal Stout is satisfaction in a glass. It's a bold, smooth-bodied concoction that oozes dark-roasted coffee aromas and flavors of espresso and semi-sweet chocolate. We round out these heady pleasures with a dose of flaked oatmeal for a creamy body and a semi-dry finish.
Unforgettable.

This is a rich beer which manages to maintain the characteristic oatmeal stout smoothness. The overall profile of this beer is of a rich, smooth stout, full of subtle undertones.
It’s a gigantic ale with two row, chocolate, Munich, special roast, black barley, black malt, roasted barley and crystal malts topped off with more than 100 pounds of oatmeal for a creamy smooth dark beer experience. Hopped just enough to balance the sweetness of the malt, we call this the breakfast beer of champions.

Oats aren’t just for breakfast you know? Commonly referred to as a “meal in a glass,” our Oatmeal Stout is definitely the one meal of the day you should not miss. A rich, deeply malted extravaganza of a beer, Blue Point Brewing’s Oatmeal Stout is a dark beer drinker’s dream come true. We use pale, crystal, chocolate, and roasted malts with just the right amount of flaked oats added to produce an uncommonly silky brew. This full-flavored and rich tasting legendary dark beer is a romantically delicious microbrew to share with someone special, at anytime of the day or evening.
Brimming with darkly roasted malts, this rich and creamy stout features hints of coffee and chocolate, the addition of Vermont grown organic oats adds to the unfiltered, full bodied experience.
Our Oatmeal Stout is definitely a local favorite but it gets its origins from one of London's oldest breweries. The Oatmeal Stout differs from the popular Irish stout in its more subtle roastiness and subdued dryness. The addition of flaked oats rounds out these sometimes harsh characteristics producing a velvet smooth ale. This black stout has a flavor profile unique to all of North America. Subtlety is not a strong point as it is a stout after all, rich and eminently drinkable.
Alcohol content of approximately 5.0% by volume (ALWAYS ON TAP!!)

Full body and a well rounded flavor comes from a foundation of nine different grains. The oats add a special silky texture that complements the roasted malts. The rich malty flavor is spiced with plenty of Northern Brewer and Fuggles hops for balance.
Velvety smooth, with almost a ¼-cup of oats in each pint. The Scottish pale malt and roasted barley combine for a black, slight roast hint that’s surprisingly drinkable. The oats contribute a rich creaminess. English fuggle hops balance the slight sweetness.
This dark, stout beer is brewed with oats that impart a luxurious and wonderfully rich mouthfeel. Dark malts provide a rich aroma that eases you into your first sip. The roasty and malty characteristics of our Oatmeal Stout are distinct; however, a judicious use of bittering hops keeps the intrinsic malt sweetness from becoming cloying on the palate.
A strong, foreign export-style stout, this beer is brewed with Wattle Seed imported from Australia. The seed is ground & roasted, giving hazlenut, bitter chocolate, and coffee notes. Then we aged it 6 weeks in a first-use Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrel. Delicious!
Light beer with a pleasant malty taste and moderate bitterness. It will go well with your favourite dish. The most popular beer brand produced by Obolon.

Deep, robust and richly rewarding, this black beauty is a beer to contemplate. Dive into its dark, silky depths with intense layers of espresso, chocolate, roasted malt and black barley, with just enough hop bite to cut any lingering sweetness.
Occam's Razor is a philosophy whereby the simplest solution is usually the best. Third in series of Single Malt and Single Hop SMaSH ale. Brewed with 100 Red-X malt and 100% Columbus Hops.
Saddlebock Octoberfest is a traditional German-style Marzen bier, with a rich amber color. The flavor is rich in malty goodness, well-balanced with a touch of hoppy bitterness.
