Nada-Banana

Upon pouring, this beer is light in color with very little haze and a very thick head. Similar to traditional German-style Weissbier, this beer boasts huge banana and clove aromas followed by a wonderful taste of banana, vanilla and spices that finishes with a fruity, smooth aftertaste. The fluffy mouthfeel can be attributed to the amount of protein gained from the wheat which also leaves a beautiful lacing in your glass.

Nagelweiss

This German style wheat beer contains about 60% malted wheat and is balanced with Hallertau hops. This beer is brewed using the traditional decoction method giving it a wonderful malt flavor which balances the hops and clove esters making it extremely drinkable. In the German tradition this beer is unfiltered giving it a cloudy character from the yeast. This is sure to be a favorite with first time and long time wheat beer drinkers.

National Bohemian

From the Land of Pleasant Living® comes National Bohemian, a treasured mid-Atlantic brand since 1885. National Bohemian, or Natty Boh is Baltimore's signature beer and a legend among American beers. A Bohemian-style beer, Natty Boh was first brewed in 1885 by the National Brewing Company in Baltimore, Maryland. After prohibition, National Bohemian returned with the introduction of Mr. Boh, the one-eyed mascot with a handlebar-mustache and distinctive smile. Instantly adopted as a symbol of a proud city, Mr. Boh continues to be the iconic face for the brand today appearing on all cans, bottles, packaging and merchandise found in shops all over Maryland. In the late '40s, canned beer started becoming popular and National was the first brewer in the U.S. to put six-packs of cans on the market. In following decade, National Brewing continued to proudly represent Baltimore and the Maryland shore, adopting the now famous slogan: "From the Land of Pleasant Living". In 1965, National Bohemian became the official sponsor of the Baltimore Orioles. Natty Boh was served at Memorial Stadium and cemented its reputation as "official" beer of Baltimore. Today, Natty Boh has returned to the traditional recipe that made it the beer of choice in Baltimore and across the mid-Atlantic. Likewise, Mr. Boh continues to be a symbol of the community he so proudly represents and can be seen keeping watch over the city on top of the Natty Boh Tower. But he represents far more than a simple mascot, he is also the uncrowned king of Baltimore and plays a significant role in what makes Baltimore different from any other city in the world!

Negra Modelo

Negra Modelo has long been the dark beer alternative for Mexican beer drinkers. It has been identified as one of the few surviving examples of Vienna style lager - a style that was largely replaced in European breweries with Oktoberfest, a slightly lighter lager, in the early twentieth century. Negra Modelo pours with an off-white, medium head. The body is clear with a rich amber/copper color. The aroma is sweet with hints of apple. The impression at the first sip is sweet. This gives way only a bit to some hops bitterness which gives some balance but leaves the beer firmly in the sweet category. It has no real lager snap at the end, just lingering hops. This actually makes the second sip more balanced than the first. There is some complexity and depth here but the flavors are very delicate. They are obliterated by the aggressive flavors of the Mexican food that Modelo is often served with making it a sweet balance to the savory and sometimes hot cuisine.
