The Norse culture of the early middle ages had a rich and complex set of gods. The chief of all the Norse gods was Odin. He is usually pictured as an old, long-haired and one-eyed wiseman, as legend holds that he sacrificed one of his eyes in order to drink from the fountain of all knowledge and wisdom. More relevant to us however, Odin once transformed himself into an eagle and flew in to the land of men. Sprinkling “magic dust” on some clay vessels that were storing the grain harvest from that year, this “magic dust,” along with some water transformed the grain into the first beer. Hence, Odin gave the “Gift” of fermentation to mankind. Our beer is a tribute to this rich and complex mythology and a ‘Thank you’ for his gift. Odin’s Gift – Nordic Amber Ale is a bold yet balanced filtered ale that can be paired with a variety of great foods or enjoyed by itself. This traditional Scottish Ale has a subdued hop flavor and aroma with a high in malt flavor. Our brewmaster actually wears a kilt while brewing this ale to achieve maximum Scottish feel and tradition.

We used water from icebergs (ryuhyo) in the Okhotsk Sea to make a refreshing, light beer. Enjoy its fragrance and richness.

“O’zapft is!” ("It's tapped!") enjoy this medium bodied beer with a gold to light amber color. Brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot: the beer contains: water, malted barley, hops & made with yeast. Some malty sweetness will be perceived, but it is balanced with the noble hops from Tettnang & Hallertau & an alcohol that comes in at 5.3%

This stout, which pays homage to Evansville native and Yankee great Don Mattingly, is crafted in the sweet stout style to provide significant body and a roasty, bittersweet chocolate flavor without the burnt flavors often associated with stouts.

Olallie is brewed with blackberries and rose hips and then finished with copious amounts of Crystal hops for a classic Northwest aroma. At the same time Olallie has been kept light and dry with only a hint of bitterness.

A Big, Bold, imperial IPA! The clean malt plays a supporting role to the straight up Simcoe hops through and through that give this varietal hop bomb its bang.

Old Adobe Stout is made with British pale malt and black barley, with white wheat malt added to ensure a smooth, creamy head. Opaque black in color, this classic Dry Stout is meaty and very drinkable.

Our brewmaster, like so many other brewers, started his journey into craft beer as a homebrewer nearly 10 years ago and one of his first beers he ever brewed on his stove was an Extra Special Bitter inspired by some of Englands finest examples. In constructing the recipe for our Old Beluga Amber Ale he looked backed on his notes from that first ESB he ever brewed, realized it probably wasn't as great of a beer as he thought it was at the time, and worked on a recipe that blended elements of the English-Style ESB with those of an American Amber to create a delightful complex, malt forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out. Our Barleywine Style Ale is a rich and heavy ale brewed to a high gravity. Massive body, mouthfeel and hoppiness. Barleywines are the "brandy" of the ale world. A great sipping ale, and a perfect finish to any meal.

We brewed huge amounts of well-stored, aged New York State cascade hops. The theory was that we could create a beer with huge hop flavor and only moderate hop bite. We did just that - tasty!

An American-style ale that reserves the right to be different. A bit lighter in body, Old Court provides a citrusy hop aroma and caramel finish. Available in bottles, kegs and growlers.
