This stout is brewed with lactose (milk sugar) to impart a fuller body and sweeter palate. Flavored with toasted marshmallows for the 9th day of 12 Days of Milkshake Stout 2015.

Never being a fan of commercially available pumpkin beers we set out define the style our way. This beer is brewed with real pumpkin in the mash and while it has notes of sweetness it is not overpowering. The spices are balanced to be noticed but not overpowering. We use deeper crystal malts to carry the pumpkin flavor and boosted the abv for a nice warming affect.

We checked the gift registry, and appliances are appropriate for our Fourth Anniversary. This beer is an Imperial version of our Black Strap Stout, this time brewed with MORE blackstrap molasses and MORE brown sugar, plus a whole lot more malt and hops too. Part of our FESTIVAL OF DARKNESS, this one clocks in at over 10%ABV, and is the thickest beer we've ever brewed here. SOLD OUT, and we'll brew it again just as soon as we have another 4th Anniversary. I promise.

This IPA is aged on apricot to give it's taste a grate combination of floral from the hops and citrus from the apricot. A new twist on an English classic.

Our version of the West Coast Style IPA first brewed in collaboration with Amager Brewery in Denmark. Brewed with one malt, Golden Promise from the UK, with Citra and Mosaic hops. If you think Todd is a good brewer, you should hear him play his axe (guitar)! Named by Amager’s marketing director Henrik Papsø.

This American style blonde ale is light in body with a slight malt flavor. Crafted to be enjoyed by all, it is the perfect brew for the craft beer novice or someone wanting a beer that they can have more than just a couple. It is a great way to start the craft beer experience here at the Willoughby Brewing Company.

Belgian Dubbel This ruby coloured trappist style ale is mostly about tradition. Inspired by the simple but incredibly refined recipes devised by Belgian monks, Toil and Trouble is about showcasing the vast range of flavours that comprise “malty”. True to our affinity for boozy sipping beers, this dubbel is a great gateway beer for red wine drinkers.

The irony of existentialism, the parody of being and the inherent contradictions of post-modernism, all so delicately conveyed by the blocky, pixelated arcade action have all been painstakingly recreated in this bottles contents. This imperial stout is brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries. After fermentation we then dry-hop this killer stout with a bucketload of our favourite hops before carefully ageing the beer on French toasted oak chips. It is all about moderation. Everything in moderation, including moderation itself. What logically follows is that you must, from time, have excess. This beer is for those times.
