A Cascadian Dark Ale brewed for our friend Tom whose favorite beer style is a CDA. This beer is dark and handsome and we're sure you'll love it as much as we do. With a strong hop nose, this beer starts out with chocolatey sweetness that is enveloped by the hops.

This could be your huckleberry. Boasting flavors from chocolate and rye malts, Tombstone Reserve Rye Stout is our oak aged winter most wanted.. The addition of flaked rye adds an earthy character in this full bodied stout that finishes smooth. Further aging in bourbon oak spirals gives it even more complexity and depth.

Another crisp clean lagered beer gets extra malty flavor from Munich malt, and an imported flavor from water treatment to mimic the water profile of the Munich region in Germany.

Inspired by Head Brewer, Bill Wamby’s award winning saison (farmhouse ale) recipe, Tongue Tied Cherry Saison (6.2 percent alcohol-by-volume) is a traditional Belgian-style saison ale brewed with over a thousand pounds of both tart and sweet Michigan cherries. An unfiltered, slightly creamy ale with a pale reddish amber color and nice luscious white head. The distinctiveness of unmalted wheat is enhanced by the addition of lemon, orange peel and coriander, which provides herbal spiciness to this refreshing, pure Michigan summer ale. Slightly fruity and very refreshing, with a subtle tartness and tremendous drinkability.

Tonnellerie Rue is a special variation of our rye saison that has been 100% fermented in oak barrels. Using this more traditional storage technique during the fermentation process adds further complexity to an already complex beer by allowing the natural yeast and bacteria, still nestled within the porous oak from previous fermentations, to eat away at the wort’s sugars while it slowly evolves into delicious beer. The final product is dry and earthy with a slight sour tinge, light rye spice and earthy funk. Our Tonnellerie Series of beers are experiments with barrel fermentation. Look out for others!

Big Whig IPA with Habañero

This true American Heirloom cider is a blend of Grimes Golden, Golden Russet and Gold Rush apples. Each variety is aged individually in American white oak barrels and then blended together for a complex experience of crisp apple, oak and vanilla. Light carbonation lends to a dry, fruit-forward cider, with a nutty and tannic finish.

Our mamas always taught us that you can never be too polite. In their honor, we decided to test that theory with the Too Kind. It has everything you love from the Kind IPA but jacked up to an out-of-this-world level. A hop exuberance of pine, citrus and love that plays nice with others.

This big Double IPA features some old favorites, Amarillo/Simcoe and one of our new favorites Azacca. Notes of Citrus, Ripe Mango and Orchard Fruits.

The Tooheys brothers pursuit of refreshing beers suited to the Australian climate lives on in every tooheys extra dry. Brewed for a clean crisp dry finish, Tooheys extra dry is the epitome of refreshment. Today, that pursuit of refreshment lives on in every Tooheys Extra Dry. And the clean, crisp taste has become just as legendary as the brothers themselves.

Despite the name, this quaffable brew isn’t really all that bitter. A full malt flavor is balanced with earthy East Kent Goldings hops and fruity esters from a classic British yeast strain. We serve our bitter on Nitro, giving it a creamy head and a silky mouthfeel, just the way they’ve done it across the pond for generations.
