This easy drinking beer uses only ingredients from Massachusetts. Made with100% Vienna, this "wicked awesome beer" gets a lot of it flavor profile from the yeast.

Touch of Rye is a Belgian style wheat ale brewed with a touch of flaked rye, fermented with our house yeast strain and lactobacillus.

Bold but nuanced, an homage of sorts to the traditional Russian Imperial Stouts. Constructed with Dark Roasted Malts, malted rye, and oak-smoked wheat and then banish it for 9 months in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Tough Love is big but smooth with tender strokes of vanilla.

Marrying the best elements of traditional German golden ales and classic Midwestern wheats, this American Blonde lives up to Mother’s expectations. Towhead is refreshingly light-bodied with flavor that won’t quit. It starts slightly sweet with hints of fruit and finishes clean and crisp with the faintest hop kiss that’ll leave you reaching for another.

The saying “less is more” doesn’t apply to West Coast IPA’s. Less is a glass half empty and Tower 20 is a full glass of unrivaled hop character – a Double IPA where more is more. In brewing this hoppy offering, we took the best of Tower 10 IPA and added more. An abundance of high-alpha Centennial hops give T20 its resinous pine-like bitterness, while Oregon-grown Crystals and Chinooks lend zesty grapefruit and tangerine hop flavors. Don’t hoard this hop bomb, drink it fresh and we’ll brew more.

Beautifully tart, this is a light bodied and refreshing Berliner styled Weisse ale. We grow a lactobacillus culture to kettle sour this pale wheat beer, dropping the pH from close to 5 down to a grapefruit like pH of 3.25. With a firm lactic acid presence, the Berliner styled Weisse ale is simple and approachable, often dressed up with a sweet woodruff syrup but perfectly enjoyable on its own. Like drinking a cold and carbonated glass of lemonade, Tower 23 is tart and sour, with a lemony-citric fruit sharpness with little hop bitterness, perfect and quenching on a hot summer day.

Light amber coloured bitter, well balanced with rich malts and fruity hops throughout.

Town & Country, the first beer from Atlas’ barrel program, is a Belgian Strong Ale aged nine months in Virginia red wine barrels. Developed in partnership with Boxwood Estate Winery in Middleburg, VA, and aged exclusively in French oak barrels which previously held their world-class Bordeaux varietals, Town and Country blends old-world tradition and new-world innovation in a beer which will surprise and delight the palate. Fruit notes are pronounced, a product of both the unique Belgian yeast used for fermentation and the barrels’ rich history. A strong tannic body and significant alcohol foundation provide a sturdy canvas for flourishes of oak, tobacco, grape, and grain.

Uptown, downtown, eastside, westside; we’re all townies and we all need a beer when we meet. Townie Pale Ale is that beer. Brewed to 6.2% ABV with American Malt and loads of American hops Townie balances the rough and the smooth with an attitude that is never out of place. This beer delivers an amazing, complex hop aroma and flavor with a smooth malt backbone that will leave you wanting more.

Fruity banana esters and clove with more subtle herbal, citrus, and sweet bread notes. This medium bodied Belgian strong ale is malty sweet at first with a bitter warming finish. Brewed with our friends in the band Exodus. If you hit the floor you can always crawl!!

We originally brewed this Black IPA to benefit birds affected by BP’s Gulf oil spill and donated all of the proceeds to the Tri-State Bird Rescue and Research. The charity program has ended but the beer became so popular that even with a name like Toxic Sludge, we had to keep brewing it once a year. Five hop varieties go into each batch at four stages of the brewing process to combine a hoppy India Pale Ale with a rich, dark malt base for a full-bodied ale that’s big on flavor.

This is a blend of our lighter beers allowed to undergo a secondary fermentation with wild yeast in an oak barrel. This light, vibrant, and dry ale is slightly sour and features a soft malt character, notes of apricot, almond.

Like a good Pale Ale, just hoppier, darker, maltier and more alcoholic!
