Train To Mars

A "Saison de Mars" hopped with Mosaic, Aramis, Simcoe & fermented with the world famous Thiriez house yeast. Proudly brewed and released every Mars with our friends at Brasserie Thiriez. Consumed fresh, this beer is all about the hops with the yeast hanging out backstage. Stored properly and consumed with a little age, the hops fade and the yeast takes over. We love the way the flavor profile evolves and hope you will too!

Traitor Nitro

One person’s traitor is another person’s hero, and this IPA just might be yours. Part West Coast IPA, part not, Traitor rebels against style definitions. We let our hop lovin’ wishes come true, with lots and lots and lots of Citra, Centennial, Cascade and Galaxy hops added throughout the brewing process, including dry-hopping, to give distinct hop flavor and waves of aroma. Oh, and we go a little Benedict Arnold by using US Pale Malt with British yeast to give Traitor a smooth, dry finish. Go ahead….Betray Your IPA.

Tramonay Rouge

This is a spin on a classic Saison, brewed with the yeast from Belgium, 2-row North American barley, and Herman Hallertaue Mittlefruh hops. The beer is brewed in a traditional manor, except for the addition of a NY sourced grape juice in fermentation, from Corot Noir grapes. The grape juice is known for its deep red color and an attractive beery and cherry fruit aroma. It adds a distinct fruity nose and hints of pink color. These grapes were developed at the Cornell University New York State Agricultural Experiment Station.

Transporter

Kulshan Porter is brewed in the Brown Porter style. Deep mahogany in color, the beer is topped with a rich mocha-colored head. The roasted barley aroma is accented with notes of coffee and chocolate. The flavor is smooth and silky with roasty-toasty grains blended with coffee, chocolate and a touch of toffee. The aftertaste is smooth and clean. Kulshan Porter is the perfect beer to pair with grilled meats, hearty stews and shellfish. Or try it with your favorite Bleu, Stilton or washed-rind cheese. For dessert, Kulshan Porter is just right with any kind of chocolate cake or a tart apple pie topped with a slice of cheddar and some ice cream.

Trashy Blonde

A titillating, neurotic, peroxide, punk of a pale ale. Combining attitude, style substance and a little bit of low self esteem for good measure; what would your mother say? You really should just leave it alone... ...but you just cant get the compulsive malt body and gorgeous dirty blonde colour out of your head. The seductive lure of the sassy passion fruit hop proves too much to resist. All that is even before we get onto the fact that there are no additives preservatives, pasteurization or strings attached. All wrapped up with the customary Brewdog bite and imaginative twist. This trashy blonde is going to get you into a lot of trouble.
