Treacle Porter

This beer takes its inspiration from the history books. As well as using flavour-packed chocolate and crystal malt, we also added treacle (molasses) which gives the beer its rich, bittersweet character. 100 years ago in Scotland, treacle was used by brewers to create depth and sweetness and to give beers a richer mouthfeel and more rounded finish.

Tread Lightly Ale

Tread Lightly Ale is a well-balanced gluten-free ale beer made from sorghum, corn extract, orange peel, hops, and yeast. It’s a bright and light bodied craft beer with a refreshing taste and doesn’t have the after taste of other sorghum-based beers. Inspired by the old-style American Pilsner, Tread Lightly Ale appeals to a new style beer drinker looking for a healthy alternative with low caloric content, without sacrificing great taste.

Treasure Grove

Legend holds that Christopher Columbus brought over the first orange to Florida's shores. One expedition blossomed into more than 75 million trees, stretching across our sandy soil. We created Treasure Grove Citra Pale Ale with a similar excursion. We started with the finest citra hops that gently inspire a slightly bitter citrus finish, sure to cause a rosy glow. With hints of grapefruit, tangerine and lemon, you'll love the refreshing flavor in your next pint. Just kick back and imagine you're walking through the rolling hills of the world's citrus capital. Florida is perfectly suited for citrus of every kind, and we think our Treasure Grove makes a nice addition to the lineup.

Treasure of the Humble

This beer was meant to be humble, but after several years of boarding school overseas, it turned into an arrogant prick of a Belgian beer. It was probably the summers in Mexico, where the beer picked up a penchant for American co-eds and tequila, and now it insists on including agave nectar in everything (even fucking coffee, for fuck’s sake). But it works in this beer, where it blends easily with the traditional banana and clove Belgian characters and the subtle spiciness from the light inclusion of rye. So unleash your inner spring break woo-girl and two back a pint or two of this dry, bubble Belgian.

Treaty

The Treaty of Ghent (Belgium) was signed to end the War of 1812. It began two centuries of peaceful relations between the U.S. and Britain. This dry and tart Saison holds true to this authentic Belgian style. A simple grain bill and limited spice additions allow the complexity of this yeast character to shine through with aroma and flavors of light fruit and lemongrass.

Treble Hook Tripel

Nothing beats living on Flathead Lake besides fishing on Flathead Lake! So we had to name our Tripel in honor of the mighty three hook treble fishhook used all year by fishermen here in Montana. Our version is a dreamy, cloudy glass of liquid gold. The aroma and flavor run complex: tart citrus, yeast, malty sweetness, apple, pear, white grape, alcohol warming, with a dry and spicy finish. Pilsner, wheat, honey malts, and sugar. Golding hops.

Trébuchet

To create this Golden Farmhouse-style ale, Ladyface Chaparral Saison was aged in Semler (French Oak) Sauvignon Blanc wine barrels for 7 months. Additions of lactobacillus have created a distinct tartness without a “barnyard” character. The aroma is moderately intense with notes of Belgian yeast, light acidity, and apple skin. Flavor is moderately tart with integrated honey, green apple, and tannin. The ale finishes very dry and lingers long with Belgian yeast tones.

Brewed for our friends at Tree Fort Bikes, this is the perfect thirst-quencher after a hard race or a leisurely ride. Sort of the classic lawnmower beer re-imagined for a more sophisticated beer palate. Big on flavor but light on body and alcohol, it’s proof that you can have a refreshing and quenching brew without compromising taste.

Tree Shaker Apricot Ale

Tree Shaker Apricot Ale blends fresh Montana apricots with our BuffaloTrout Golden Ale. Why the name Tree Shaker? Well, our head brewer Paul Roys climbed the apricot tree and shook the fruit out of it. The apricots fall on a bunch of spread-out tarps, we collected them, and our kitchen prepared them into a puree. This puree was added to 3 1/2 barrels of the BuffaloTrout Golden Ale, and we had created the Tree Shaker Apricot Ale.
