Is it as delicious as it sounds? Yes. Our cherry wheat, which received so much acclaim the Oregon Brewer's Festival, has made a comeback. For it's winter edition, it has more cherries (increasing the alcohol content) and a festive touch of Chinese ginger.

TC is the cherry capital of the world and now Montmorency Cherries from this colorful town in Michigan’s “Up North” have made their way into a wheat beer for the ages, for a taste that’s totally cherry. Prost!

355 is a stout brewed with coffee that is aged in Traverse City Whiskey Co. first use barrels for about seven months. The coffee that was used as an addition to this beer is from Water Street Coffee Joint in Kalamazoo.

This beer takes its inspiration from the history books. As well as using flavour-packed chocolate and crystal malt, we also added treacle (molasses) which gives the beer its rich, bittersweet character. 100 years ago in Scotland, treacle was used by brewers to create depth and sweetness and to give beers a richer mouthfeel and more rounded finish.

Legend holds that Christopher Columbus brought over the first orange to Florida's shores. One expedition blossomed into more than 75 million trees, stretching across our sandy soil. We created Treasure Grove Citra Pale Ale with a similar excursion. We started with the finest citra hops that gently inspire a slightly bitter citrus finish, sure to cause a rosy glow. Prosit! It's time to celebrate the tradition of lager. Brewed in the Oktoberfest style, TreasureFest is an American spin on the classic German style. Brewed with imported German malt and lavishly hopped with a blend of German hops in the kettle and dry hopped with American hops, this is a fresh look at the old Oktober stand-by. Put on your silly pants and hats and raise your stein to TreasureFest!

The Treaty of Ghent (Belgium) was signed to end the War of 1812. It began two centuries of peaceful relations between the U.S. and Britain. This dry and tart Saison holds true to this authentic Belgian style. A simple grain bill and limited spice additions allow the complexity of this yeast character to shine through with aroma and flavors of light fruit and lemongrass.

To create this Golden Farmhouse-style ale, Ladyface Chaparral Saison was aged in Semler (French Oak) Sauvignon Blanc wine barrels for 7 months. Additions of lactobacillus have created a distinct tartness without a “barnyard” character. The aroma is moderately intense with notes of Belgian yeast, light acidity, and apple skin. Flavor is moderately tart with integrated honey, green apple, and tannin. The ale finishes very dry and lingers long with Belgian yeast tones.

Dark amber Scotch Ale with notes of sweet caramel and fruit esters.

This malt centric ale features notes of caramel, toffee and nuts with a touch of herbal spicy hop aroma.

Colorado…we really love your peaches, wanna shake your tree! Tree Shaker Imperial IPA was brewed with 3,000 pounds of pureed Colorado peaches. The bright citrus hop character and subtle fruity sweetness will get your feet tapping and your taste buds dancing.

Brewed with coffee and cacao nibs, lending a hint of chocolate to the taste, this stout has already gained a loyal following.

A big, bold, American-style barleywine is the perfect “sipping” beer for winter in Maine. Tree Tugger is named after Orono’s long logging history. It has a full malt backbone with lots of American hops. Tree Tugger will overpower most main dishes but goes great with strong flavored cheese or rich desserts like a caramel cheese cake.
