Limited edithion winter Ale

We journeyed the globe in our search to connect the bounty of the earth and the contents of the glass. Along the way, a series of appellation adventures inspired a dry, refreshing, straw-colored, unfiltered treasure we call Trekker, an adventurous bier synergized as a tribute to the earth’s best terrior—geography, geology and climate that results in the best craft-malted barley from Canada, aromatic hops from New Zealand—inspired by Belgian "grisette"-style farmhouse ales. We searched around the world and then worked our alchemy right here in Central Florida.

A traditional American Pale Ale.

Once upon a time in Mexico 3 brewers met. They shared a common passion. Their love for exceptional craft beer. Over time the brewers became good friends. One day they decided to put their collective beer knowledge together. Their quest was to create 1 truly outstanding beer. Introducing ìTres Carnalesî. 3 minds. 3 friends. 1 beautifully crafted beer. With the perfect blend of American and Mexican brewing influence this Pan American IPA is pale orange with copper highlights. The hop character explodes with Mandarin orange aromatics and resinous pine undertones. All from copious amounts of Mandarina Bavaria and Centennial hops. The malt character is slightly bready. Youíll find mild hints of sweet and tart from the addition of select Blue Agave and Hibiscus flowers. The finish is dry with an assertive yet elegantly refined bitterness from German Magnum hops. °salud!

Rod’s take on the Mexican classic. This amber lager features two german hop varieties perle and hallertauer. With subtle notes of caramel and toast, this lager pairs well with any of our spicier dishes.

Made especially for the Popular Saints festivals, this limited edition IPA gives hops of lemon and lime.

Maibock were traditionally brewed to transition between the heavier winter lagers and light pilsners of the summer. This was a Brewhouse Rarities release that Flying Dog aged in various whiskey barrels for approximately 2 months. It takes the traditional malt-forward, bready maibock and adds a layer of toasted oak and vanilla.

A bigger, hoppier IPA than we usually make. We use a blend of three hops and finish it by dry hopping it with copious amounts of hops giving it a strong hoppy aroma and flavor.

A Supreme Champion Ale of Cornwall as voted by CAMRA*, and the South West's Favourite cask beer**, Tribute is a popular favourite with locals and visitors to Cornwall, as well as being a much sought after guest ale throughout the rest of the UK. It is brewed using specially grown Cornish Gold Malt and is a perfect accompaniment to chicken, gammon or fish. The ideal alternative to a fine white wine.

A powerful combination of Citra and Mosaic hops give this IPA intense citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Bold, but smooth.
