A Belgian style ale using Belgian and domestic malts along with Czech Saaz hops. This ale is brewed with a hint of coriander, orange peel, and local honey. The use of these ingredients with a special yeast and pure Southwest Colorado water, combines to make this unique Durango Ale which celebrates their 20th Aniversary.

Anniversary XX is a continuation of our innovative approach to brewing over the past twenty years – an approach that has included leading the way in the development of Belgian style beers, a barrel-aging program, the re-introduction of long-neglected imperial stout styles, and the new packaging ideas. We think it’s a fitting crown for our first two decades of operation. XX is a unique beer, pale and lightly hopped, brewed with agave nectar and fermented with a special yeast strain. Some of the lots were aged in oak barrels and then blended to perfection so the final is a complex, subtle new direction in brewing art.

What else? What else would you expect from us, a bunch of severely hop obsessed brewers, to celebrate such a glorious occasion? Anything other than a massively hopped IPA would be an affront to our rich history of loving excessive use of that beautiful flower, Humulus Lupulus. 1993-2013. 20 years of brewing excellence. Cast your lot with Twenty Sided Rye, an ale brewed by the highest level of alchemists at Sun King Brewery. Through a potion of magical rye malts, hand-selected hops, and the purest of waters, deep flavors reveal themselves and unmask realms of flavor long ago forgotten by lesser ales.

100% Brettanomyces Fermented Dry-Hopped Wild Ale. " While touring Belgium with the greatest of friends in 2006, the Avery family came across a stunning creation in a quaint countryside pub that we all agreed was the best brew of the trip. Secreting home a couple of bottles, they intended to cultivate the wild yeast that spontaneously worked its magic in Beersel and propagate our own projects here in Boulder."

The newest addition to our year-round lineup, this hop forward pilsner lager is brewed using both German and Czech hops that give off citrus and herbal flavors.

The top’s down. The burgers are grilling. The shadows are long. The days stretch late into the evening. Summer has its own rules. And, at Deschutes, its own beer. We brew Twilight Ale to be a lighter, but full-flavored ale with a balanced malt profile and a harmonious blend of four hops. Then a final heady dose of bold Amarillos creates a distinctive finish. We took Twilight as a challenge. The chance to prove that light doesn’t mean boring. Some beers go perfectly with foods, this one pairs with lawn chairs, bare feet and life kicked-back. Best enjoyed chilled and served outside.

Twin Arrows designed from the ground up to be paired with food, and included in recipes. We created roast and caramel flavors to pair with baked goods, barbecue, and cheeses. Twin Arrows was influenced by the many dining establishments found along the roadways of America. Many of the comfort foods such as meatloaf and pot roast will find good company with this brown ale. Two arrows made of wood loomed over U.S. Highway 66 east of Flagstaff and attracted travelers into the trading post and dining car for many years. Sadly, this stop has been abandoned, but can be seen from the frontage road that extends between the two Interstate 40 ramps.

Our masterfully brewed oatmeal and flaked barley stout presents a smooth deep, multilayered flavor profile with hints of chocolate and roasted coffee. Crafted with northern brewer hops.

An intensely hoppy, very strong pale ale. Grapefruit citrus notes on your nose, and a delicious resinous finish. Just be warned...this one packs a punch!

Brewed with Fresh-pressed Florida Sugar Cane, this DIPA is a nice balance between malty, hoppy, and dry with a perceived sweetness and mouthfeel!

Every tool has a life of its own. It has a history and a soul. (Yes, we actually believe that.) Some were forged to perform reliably, days after long days. Some were designed to give its life quickly, like that saw blade you sacrificed to the rusted bumper bolts. But that’s a lot like you, isn’t it – you were designed to do something unique. And even if you haven’t yet found your thing, we raise this Twisted Bit Dortmunder to you. This is a crisp, refreshing true pale lager that the Dortmund region of Germany has enjoyed for countless generations. It’s brewed for those that see effort and honor in a twisted bit, rather than the flaw. This traditional German style lager has the malt profile of a Helles and the hop character of a Pilsner, but is slightly stronger than both. The minute addition of common minerals to the brewing water, and the longer traditional decoction mash impart a crisp and remarkable balance between the malt complexity and the subtle bitterness.

Back in orbit for a VERY short while. Outta-this-world single-hop, double IPA, showcasing the Galaxy hop. Weighs in at a theoretical 170 IGUs (that’s “Intergalactic Bittering Units”)
